I am SAP/IT professional and spent almost 35 years in coroporate world. Currently working as Freelancer. Taken small initiative to develop Agro Tourism as Khushi Cha Gaon where 2 families can enjoy Farm Stay in calm and beatiful nature. Its like Home away Home.
It is a perfect blend of a rural lifestyle and a peaceful getaway. Educated and worked in the field of “Information Technology”, to help cater to the vision of calm and be with nature. Khushi Cha Gaon has been crafted keeping in mind the sanctity of the environment hence it has eco-friendly living and organic farming at its core.

Why they chose this property
My native place is in Konkan but was not having my own land. It was one of my childhood dream to own a piece of land and developed small agro tourism project in Konkan. I have developed this land from scatch right from the purchase to constructing the house. I have left my job and fully concentrating on this. Now this property is part of my life and would like to maintain as natural as possible.
What makes this property unique
This place is calm and cool away from city buzz. Once here you completely out of touch with the world and be closer to the nature. You can enjoy local Malvani Foods which will give you life long taste to your buds. Also you can experience agricultural activities with total organic and natural farming .
