This is a private house on Street Negustori Nr 29 right in the center of Bucharest 12 min from Old Town,University and museums. The house was build in 1920 and renovated in 2019. House have 6 rooms and as you going to see from the pictures. It is a simple house that I tried to keep the original look. All rooms are private rooms. The room from the attic have a private bathroom and a private kitchenette inside the room. The other rooms will share 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and a main kitchen . At my property you will find 1 washing machines and a dryer that will be shared by everyone in the house and . 2 rooms have access to the main balcony straight from the room (Rooms 4 and 5) . The balcony is accessible by everyone and this is the place where you can enjoy a cigarette or drink your coffee in the morning. The property is only 12 min walking distance from Old Town, metro and buses . Will be provided towels and linens for your entire stay. All bathroom essential also provided including free laundry detergent. This room have a double bed that is very comfortable. Entrance is from the balcony area and it is very nice located in the house. All rooms have television free WiFi and cable. Kitchen has free coffee, tea and more. Once you book any of my places you will receive a self check in video and all the information needed for your stay. The self check in is done by lockbox with code.
