Apartment located in the stately neighborhood between Santa Cruz and Plaza del Salvador.

It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Royal Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment.

The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its courtyards full of flowers, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma.

In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate.

They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away.

It is a quiet and quiet apartment located in a typical Sevillana house with a separate bedroom with a double bed and ample wardrobe. The spacious living room is very bright and has a large sofa bed for two people, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. It also has a splendid balcony overlooking one of the main streets of the historic center, such as Calle Francos.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, the appliances are of high quality. A warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best of the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Air conditioning, Wifi.

It is a cozy apartment, it will undoubtedly make you feel at home.

From your main balcony overlooking the typical and famous Calle Francos, you can enjoy Easter as all the brotherhoods pass through this street. A unique place to remember.

We personally attend our guests and the treatment is familiar and close, as if they were from our family. We have a customer service phone 24 hours a day, any need our guests have will be solved instantly!

Excellent spot for procession viewing during Holy Week

The apartment was great! Very clean and very centrally located. The kitchen was equipped (but we only made coffee and toast). There is a market steps away that met all our needs. A coffee shop was also across the street. Lovely patio when the weather is good. Seemed very safe behind three locked doors. We would return.

This apartment is huge for two people but very affordable and location is amazing

Centrally located apartment to most major sites, and restaurants. Javier met us when we arrived and I loved his enthusiasm and positive attitude. We chatted about where to go and how to get to things we wanted to see.

We loved the shopping food and going to see a Flamenco show. A must is a quiet walk to Puenta de Isabel bridge for the sunset and hang out for drinks and tapas. Nights can be noisy since crowds stay out later till 1am. Loved the price on this apartment. Very happy to have stayed. Stephen and Charmaine

Très joli appartement avec toutes les commodité pour accueillir confortablement une famille de 2 enfants.

It is located in the historical center, surrounded by shopping areas, a few minutes from the main artery of the city with such famous streets as the emblematic Calle Sierpes, Tetuan, La Plaza del Salvador, Plaza Nueva. If you want to enjoy a flamenco show, a minute's walk that is the Museum of Flamenco.

Tien a large shopping center and the English Court. No need to leave the center can find everything you need, bicycle rental, sightseeing by bus, boat on the river. Restaurants, cinemas, theaters, museums, bus stops and taxis. Near the Isla Magica amusement park.

Cercarno to :: A few meters away can visit the famous Barrio de Santa Cruz, where walking through its narrow streets make you sumergas in its wonderful architecture, landscapes, smells of orange blossom flowers and orange.

They do not need a car, everything has just 100 mts, such as supermarkets, shops, cinemas, theaters, pubs, flamenco shows, museums ect ....

5 minutes, you can find the areas of environment, to have a drink, one of the most recommended sites is the EM Hotel, go up to the terrace.
