BEACHLANDS VIEW is a duplex penthouse apartment ON the beach offering spectacular views out to sea and beyond.

BEACHLANDS HOUSE is a dog friendly modern family 3 storey house set back just 150 metres from the beach and offering a family orientated home from home.

Whichever you chose, you will be delighted that you did - one of our recent guests told us 'it was like staying in a show home'.

Both homes are exceptionally furnished and equipped. You can even use our bikes to explore the local area on!

Located in a very beautiful part of Wales, there is plenty to see and do here, whatever your interests, whatever your ages, one week will never be long enough!

Now's the hard part - eeny, meeny, miney, mo - Enjoy!

Beachlands Holidays homes are perfectly located to provide a good central base for all sorts of activities in and around Llanelli. The area has seen vast investment in infrastructure and facilities and it offers a wealth of places to go and things to see and do.

Whether golf is your thing, or nature, or whether you prefer to get embroiled in history - there is something for every taste and every family member. Perhaps you'd rather visit a gold mine, or learn how to ski on a dry ski slope.

Being just a very short hop skip and jump away from the Millennium Coastal Path, which is a 22km stretch of traffic free pathway. You can follow the path for miles on foot, or use our bikes to explore the area further - the choice is yours.

You can have a day at the races at Ffos Las Racecourse - children welcomed too! Or go fishing out at sea on a deep sea a fishing boat - the array of things is endless, so you'd better look at more than a few days if you want to get a true flavour of the area!

Fancy learning to ski? Well, you can at Pembrey on the dry ski slope. Or what about going inside a chocolate factory? YUM! What about improving the golf swing? There is a golf course at almost every turn! Or, how about some white knuckle adventure rides? Too much? The perhaps a gentle stroll around the Wetlands Centre watching the habits of the nesting birds, or the waders!

Beachlands House is a 5* graded dog friendly, modern three storey house just 150 metres from the beach. It is perfectly located to offer you an abundance of activities, places to go and loads to see and do.

Offering both families and couples a 'show home' standard of accommodation, Beachlands House is a hidden gem! It is also suited to families with pets as we allow them in this accommodation.

Its modern and bright interior make it a real home from home. From the extensively equipped kitchen, to the Wii games console for the kids (of all ages!) we have thought of everything to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible!

Our guests can even use our bikes to meander their way along the coastal path - and if the sizes aren't quite right, the local cycle cabin (500 metres away) will be only too pleased to help.

All, in all, a PERFECT holiday rental for anyone visiting South West Wales.

About Yvette Morrison

Hi, I'm Yvette and together with my husband Mike, we own two homes in Llanelli which we rent out as holiday homes.

My working life has been peppered with all sorts of roles over the years, but I've always had a real interest in houses and interior design. Many people think I've done courses in it, but I've not, I just love making things look nice and enjoy doing creative things.

Mike & I have a teenage daughter, Kenzie who is going to Uni in September.

We have three dogs (yes 3!) who are part of the family, along with 5 cats.

Why Yvette Morrison chose Carmarthenshire

We love the area our homes are in as there is so much to do here but it is also still very unspoilt and tranquil! It's a great place to come and relax, but for those (like Mike) that cannot sit still for very long, there is plenty to see and do.

The views from the balcony in Beachlands View are stunning and there are glorious sunsets too.

Beachlands House works really well for families with smaller children as there is the fully enclosed secure back garden where we have provided play equipment for the kids to help burn off some more energy!

What makes this house unique

Location, location, location as they say!

The views are stunning, the place is very tranquil, yet close enough to civilisation to make it perfectly located for all modern amenities.

The owner Yvette, is a very helpful lady. Such a lovely location, the beach and coastal path are but 2 minutes walk away where you will be met with stunning views that stretch for miles. The local people are all charming and friendly. So much thought and effort has gone into making Beachlands House a wonderful relaxing holiday property. So many additional touches and 'home from home' essentials and other thoughtful provisions are provided. Also, the house was immaculately CLEAN. We would definitely return. Highly Recommended!

When I equipped the house I imagined I was staying there, and "what would I do if" - I lost a button; there was no hairdryer; I had to go and buy shower gel, salt & pepper; my baby needed infant cutlery etc. Please do come back and stay with us again - it's always great to be able to hit the ground running when you arrive somewhere! Highly recommended

This duplex apartment is excellent and in a superb position with lovely views. The beds are really comfortable, particularly the one in the main bedroom. The decor, equipment and furniture are first class.

It's about 15 minutes' walk into the town, where we found lots of nice restaurants. There is an excellent restaurant a few minutes from the apartment, called Sosban.

The retail park is a short drive and has excellent shops, eating places and a large Tesco.

The booking process is very professional.

Great apartment with stunning sunset views.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The comprehensive directions and entrance instructions made arrival easy. The only slight issue that we had was getting to grips with the lock on the main entrance door to the apartment block ( the key just seemed to go round and round several times before the door would open), but once you have mastered this, it was not a problem! The apartment was beautifully furnished and there were lots of nice touches that made us feel completely at home.The apartment is also very well equipped. For us, one of the best highlights were the beautiful sunsets every evening. The apartment faces due West and so the sunsets over the sea, sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine to hand were very special moments!! The location is quite central for visiting the Gower Peninsula, the Brecon Beacons and places like Tenby/Saundersfoot/Cardiff/Swansea. one of my personal favourite visits was to Laugharne which has a castle and, well worth a visit, is Dylan Thomas's Boat House. On a more practical note, there is a retail park and a number of supermarkets within a few minutes drive from the apartment. We had a small problem with our car on what would have been the last full day of our holiday. As this took a bit of time to sort out, and because we loved the place so much, we rang Yvette to see if it would be OK to stop one more night. She was more than accommodating and didn't even charge us for the extra night.! We would certainly return to this apartment next time we visit the area.

Fantastic Family holiday

Thank you for a fantastic holiday at your gorgeous Penthouse apartment. So well equipped, very much a home from home. Fantastic location right on the beach, our girls loved 'their beach' and scootering along the Millenium costal path! Spectacular views, amazing balconies!

Wonderful vacation

The apartment was perfect - sparkly clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped. The view was outstanding, and the location very handy for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend to family or friends. For fun outings try Pembrey Riding Centre, Swansea Leisure Centre, and Blue Lagoon near Narberth.

Machynys Peninsular Golf – Links – Par 72

A modern £3.5m Jack Nicklaus Championship course in links style layout overlooking Carmarthen Bay and the Gower Peninsula and already home to the European Tours 'Ladies Championship of Europe'.

Glyn Abbey – Parkland – Par 70

With amazing views over the Gwendraeth Valley and beautiful wooded surroundings, this course has one of the best layouts in South Wales, courtesy of golf course architects Hawtree. Couple that with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the warmest welcome anywhere, Glyn Abbey needs to be top of your list for enjoyable golf.

Ashburnham – Links – Par 72

Ashburnham, the demanding seaside venue where the great Welshman and winning Ryder Cup Captain, Dai Rees won the PGA title in 1959, has long been regarded as one of the best links courses in Britain. Indeed it won that rating from no less authority than the immortal Harry Vardon.

There is also another 15 courses within a 50 minutes drive away.

Ski: A dry ski slope and equipment hire is available for use at Pembrey Country Park nearby.
