Idyllic! This quiet, 2nd floor, two Queen bedroom, condo is in a perfect location for a vacation rental or a weekend getaway. One assigned parking space in front of unit and parking for second car, coin-op shared laundry in next building over, private deck, lots of light, well maintained. Wifi, cable TV, DVR...for those rainy days. Linens, towels, provided. Nice walk into town. Public bay side beach directly across the street. Short drive to stores and national beaches (Herring Cove, Race Point). One can easily be in the midst of Commercial Street or away from the wonderful hustle and bustle in this relaxing condo.

2023 Family Vacation

The condo is close to PTown and the owners have thought of every detail in making sure your stay is a relaxing one. The condo is clean and spacious. Full of all the dishes, cookware, glasses, etc you could possible need. We traveled with our two girls (14 and 10) and they were able to walk over to beach on their own, had their own space in their bedroom, and enjoy their vacation as much as my husband and I did. I would highly recommended this rental and wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Place to Stay in Provincetown

We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Provincetown area. It was super clean, really cute, and perfectly located. The bay and public beach are right across the street (definitely try to get down there at low tide), and it's easy to get into the center of town. Wendy and Judy were lovely to deal with and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite rentals!

This condo well surpassed our expectations, and I would highly recommend it and will be staying again in the future! First-off, I have never had more accommodating hosts! Wendy and Judy were very accessible and thoughtful, hitting the mark down to the smallest detail. The photos of the condo actually do not do it justice! It was immaculate, bright and airy, and fully equipped.....so well-equipped, all we needed to do was arrive and unpack our clothes and food. The proximity of the condo to many area attractions was very convenient, and the beautiful beach right across the road was just icing on the cake! The outdoor deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee or late afternoon drinks. We are frequent travelers and Wendy and Judy's condo is now one of our all-around favorites!

Fantastic experience

Our stay at Wendy’s was absolutely perfect and exceeded expectations. Honestly the description of the property is accurate but the photos don’t do the Place justice. It was very comfortable and it is set back from the main road a hundred feet or so which make for very quiet and peaceful sleep at night even with windows open. Internet access worked very well, the apartment is very well appointed, the neighbours were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable… in short a perfect stay and very competitively priced. I hesitate to recommend just to keep this gem to ourselves! I will mention it is about 2 miles to the town center. We rented bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the ride to and from each day but if you don’t plan on having bikes it will be quite a walk in to town, or take your vehicle and pay for parking. This was not a deterrent for us at all but should be considered when planning your stay. Thanks Wendy!

Helpful Hosts

Communication w hosts was great. Property served us very well - on the outskirts of Ptown meant we could enjoy exploring there, but also could get out easily to explore beaches and other towns. Liked that we could cross street to beach.
