Tindoona consists of three self-contained cottages, all with an open plan layout and modern facilities. Cottage 1 is brand new and located closer to the main house, while Cottage 2 and 3 are more spacious and secluded (see separate listing for #2 & 3).
The open-plan living areas include a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and a small selection of DVDs and CDs. The cottages have well equipped kitchen areas (microwave, toaster, kettle, hotplates - no oven) as well as an electric BBQ on the covered deck. To keep you comfortable no matter the weather, there is a split-system heater / air-conditioner. (Cottages 2 & 3 also have a lovely wood heater, with plenty of wood supplied when the weather cools down, and a corner spa bath for two.)
Tindoona Cottages are eco-friendly. There are rainwater tanks for pure drinking water, environmentally friendly cleaning products are used, and all waste is minimised or recycled.
The cottages are conveniently situated close to Foster with its restaurants and pubs, as well as being within easy reach of local attractions including wineries, nature walks, the waters of Corner Inlet and the beaches of Waratah Bay and Sandy Point. The entrance to Wilsons Promontory National Park is just 20 minutes drive away.
