The home is within walking distance of the harbor and pier and the beach is just a few steps outside of your backyard gate. This unique beach home boasts 4 on site parking spaces (2 enclosed garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces).

Renovated and decorated like a model home, it has beautiful furniture throughout. The family room has a giant 70 inch high definition TV with surround sound.

All 4 bedrooms have 46 inch flat screen TV's. All three master bedrooms are complete with luxurious pillow-top king-size beds. Two of the three king-sized masters have full ocean views. In the third king bedroom you can enjoy your morning coffee in your own private ocean view patio. The beach/surf themed kids' bunk room sleeps 4 and has its own attached bath. The family room has an ultra comfortable queen sized, tempur-pedic couch bed. So the home actually sleeps 12.

The three bathrooms are beautifully appointed in combinations of granite, Travertine, sea glass and marble tiles.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, white subway tiles, 2 large refrigerators, Viking professional cook top, silent dishwasher and oven. You will have everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. We even provide lobster pots! Prefer not to cook? There are several great restaurants and bars...even an ice cream shop etc. within walking distance.

On the large deck overlooking the Pacific, enjoy 180 degree white water views. Relax and soak in the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under two large umbrellas or simply enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless steel gas BBQ.

Four beach cruiser bicycles with helmets are available for your enjoyment during your stay. A two-seater 'Radio Flyer' wagon is also available to take the little ones for a ride or to cart items to the beach! Other amenities for your use include boogie boards, children's books and many sand toys for the kids.
