2 bedroom condo, 2 bathroom, step to the Potrero Beach. The condo complex is brand new, inauguration Day April 2013. AC in all the rooms. The condo is a gated community with 24 hour security.The condo is only 45 minutes away from Liberia International airport.The area has lots of restaurants and beatiful sandy beaches,playa penca ,playa conchal.Perfect spot for a relaxing Vacation,in a place that is not a tourist trap.

Great spot in a sleepy beach town!

This villa was the perfect spot for me to escape the cold and continue working remotely. The villa has anything you could need for simple, beach living with plenty of space, lots of natural light, and the greatest support staff. I had a lightbulb go out one afternoon and the property team was there to replace it in minutes! I highly recommend staying with Francisco!

Very comfortable unit. Close to beach and amenities. Good restaurants near by.

We really enjoyed the less touristry aspect of Playa Potrero. A car is an important consideration. Great pool in complex. Would book again for a quiet relaxing vacay or longer stay.

Very pleasant stay in Potrero

If you are looking for adventure and a taste of the local culture, this little condo is the perfect home base in Potrero. It is clean, safe and peaceful. A car is highly recommended to visit all the beautiful long sandy beaches between Las Catalinas and Tamarindo with lots to see, great restaurants and beautiful shopping. We enjoyed Pura Vida Ride for stand-up-paddle boards, kayaks, mountain bikes and hiking. We went every morning to Catalinas for great mountain bikes, we rode through awesome landscapes for miles and miles, then went up a rather high mountain with panoramic ocean view. Pura Vida

We are a professional family originally from Italy, working in the Boston area,we have 3 teenager kids.. We fell in love with Costa Rica and we bought this condo while still in construction.

Why they chose this property

Because it is in the proximity of the beach, 45 minutes (76 Km) from Liberia International airport, in the gold cost of Costa Rica. Plenty of outdoor activity and restaurants in the area. The beaches are beautiful.
