One King and Two Queen bedrooms. Two Full baths, one with tub, both with showers. Large Kitchen Dining room combo. Large front porch. Fenced backyard for pets. Situated on working farm. HOUSE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO CITY WATER, NO LONGER ON A WELL AS OF MARCH 2017. House is located 2 tenths of a mile off of US 25/Georgetown rd. On our family farm.

Keeneland Racing Visit

This pet friendly house was great for our needs while in Lexington.

The fenced yard and linoleum floors worked great for our 2 boxers.

The 2000 + square feet home was very accommodating for our stay and the location to Lexington and the surrounding attractions and activities was perfect.

Highly recommended this over any hotel/motel.

Very peaceful, great home to relax in

My fiancée, her daughter and I absolutely loved it. The kitchen is definitely fully stocked, you could feed an army in there. We loved having horses right outside to see as my stepdaughter loves them. It really made a difference for her. The location of the home to many attractions was pleasant, as we knew it wasn't a far drive. We are already planning a return trip with friends.

Relaxed Country Getaway

We loved our time spent at the ranch house. The property is nestled within a working farm, but you'd never know there was work going on with the peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. Wonderful accommodations and roomy with all your needs covered. A few spiderwebs on big country porch, and a couple of dog piles around, but it's out in the country! We can deal with it. Never once was disturbed by anyone, no traffic noise, or city lights. Pure peace and relaxation. Thank you Todd. We'd love to return and stay another week. G-Town and Lex are God's country. Hated to leave.

Great location, peaceful home

My three sons, my husband and I stayed here for a week in April 2017. We looked at several properties on HomeAway (including the others from this owner) and are really glad we chose this one. The house is set far back from the busy main road, with farm animals in paddocks all around. We sat in the evenings on a porch swing and just enjoyed the quiet and the animals and the warm breezes, while the boys played safely in the yards. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, but also a little more dated. Though worn in places (hence the 4 stars), it was very, very clean. The kitchen has every pan/dish/appliance you could need and the washer/dryer & dishwasher are full size. We had no problems with the quality of the water (other reviews had me concerned) but tried to be cognizant of being on a well in terms of our water usage. The house is very centrally located near major highways and the Horse Park, but when you're at "home", you'd never know it. The farm emphasizes sustainable practices, and Todd and his employees were friendly and open to talking with us about their work and what to do in the area.

If we were to come back to Lexington, we would definitely stay in this house again.

PS - Eat at Red State BBQ!!! It was to die for.

Relaxing weekend with family

Our extended family of 6 plus puppy really enjoyed our weekend at the house. There was plenty of room for all! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and watching the cattle as well as getting our nightly visit from one of the farm dogs. The puppy had plenty of room to roam, and it was nice to have the fenced in yard. The house was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable. We will definitely return!
