This classic Floridian Style home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a quenn bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, They both share a bathroom with double sink, bath tub and shower.Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom4 has 2 twins and a sofa. Nice pool can be heated for an extra fee of $25 per day and there is a big patio with pool furniture and a grill that can be requested for an extra fee ($50 per stay). Open floor with integrated kitchen facing the pool deck. This home has a family room and nook, formal living and dining room offering a lot of living space.There is free WIFI and international calls to Nortamerica. Laundry room with washer and dryer. A big garage that can be used to park 1 car. Good discounts for long stays. This home is about 12 miles from Disney and 20 miles from Universal.

Beautiful home

Very Big, clean, and spacious! Recommend to have pool heated it will still be cold but not ice cold. Very quiet neighborhood. Office manager was always nice and accomidating! Would stay again!!

House was ok

Bij aankomst hangt er en een sleutelkast en een kastje op de deur zelf. Uiteindelijk bleek dat we dus het kastje op de deur moesten hebben wat niet was verteld. Zwembad lichten deden het bij aankomst niet dus een mail gestuurd en was netjes gemaakt. Midden in de nacht opgeschikt huilend kind buren die elkaar te lijf gingen en elkaar met de dood bedreigen, sheriff voor de deur. Zwembad was klein kijkt uit op hoop troep en bende waardoor het niet uitnodigd om gezellig te zwemmen en buiten te zitten. Op een dag komen we thuis rond 23.00 uur is het bijna 40 graden airco werkt niet meer, dus willen het technische nummer bellen. Is de telefoon voor locale nummers ook afgesloten. Moesten we naar de buren om te vragen of ze alsjeblieft wilde bellen om de airco te kunnen laten maken. Dat kon pas op z’n vroegst de dag erna. Gelukkig hebben de buren ons voor de kleine een mobile airco geleend want dit was niet te doen. Het was ok, maar wij zullen het geen 2de keer huren.

Great house and plenty of room for the family...

The property was excellent. Clean and great area . The only problem I had was checking into the house. The property manager never sent me a message about how to get in the house. I had to call her a hour before we arrived and she didn't have her contact info when we rented the property only her name. She never called to make sure we got in. But overall the house was great. Just poor customer service with the property manager.
