It is extremely light, open, quiet set on a HEATED pool. The unit is set back furthest from the road so there is complete privacy and quiet, no one even walks by the unit as it as at the end of the structure. The small complex is in the hills of the desert's most desirable area, central to Palm Springs and La Quinta.Walk to Cap Homme and Ralph Adams Park for the best hiking in the desert. Not a good experience

I had booked this property as a get away for our 50th anniversary. It was billed as an intimate 1 bedroom with a pool. In reality this property is an older motel or apartment complex. It is need real need of updating, maintenance and TLC. We moved in at 4:00 in the afternoon and moved out early the next morning. I have a list of issues that I won't share in this review that brought us to this quick decision. I have communicated those issues with the owner. I did receive a portion of my deposit back. Please investigate this property before you rent.

Great apartment

Quiet and private, great location, near everything. Lots of room, all appliances that one needs to be completely self-sufficient. Not the most luxurious ly appointed but very comfortable. I'd stay here again!.

Very disappointing!

Condo needed a lot of repairs which should have been dealt with before we moved in (not over the next 2 weeks), was not initially supplied with the basics (cleaning products, towells, face cloths, , etc) and property was not well maintained. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought this building in 2016. I own all of the units. One at a time I'm renovating them and turning them into vacation rentals. So far so good. The places have had a great first response in their first year (2018) , so I'm adding this new one. I've been a landlord for 30 years. I've have vacation rental properties in LA and in Lake Arrowhead for over 15 years. I enjoy creating environments that I would want to stay in. I'm interested in giving people the fantasy that they have in mind when they choose to vacation in the desert. It has allowed me to go out shopping for mid century stuff that our own house has no room for. I've enjoyed the process of renovation and "curating" enormously.

This is from a recent review 3/1/19 about the adjoining unit.

Owner Kennth is very attentive to everything you need. Emelie the live in manager always prompt with solving any problems. Rojo the maintenance man is very skilled and personable. With in 10 minutes walking to El Paseo where lots of shops are. Louise’s pantry great for breakfast short walk. Fresh Agave very good Mexican food and easy short walk. The Westfield mall 10 minutes with a Cinema. Golf everywhere and Pickle Ball in La Quinta, they have 8 courts and nice people. For our last month March, we moved to the larger unit. So spacious, outdoor area bbq, and pool is private and rightbout the front door. We already booked for next year.
