Marie purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Marie chose North End
Very convenient to attractions, it is at the Freedom Trail and next to the Old North Church. It is also convenient to 3 subway stations, the financial district and MGH.
What makes this Condo unique
The old, charming building was gutted and rehabbed using high quality materials. One entire brick wall with two fireplaces gives it a quaint view. Modern with old charm.

Checking In Suggestion
Take a close look at your directions for checking in and finding the property. Rewrite it from the pespective of someone who has NEVER before been in the North End, not through the eyes of the owner who has lived there. It was incredibly annoying not to be able to get into the apartment easily. Other than that it was all good.
We are sorry this guest found the instructions cumbersome. We are trying hard to do our best to provide the most security possible with the least amount of effort for our guests. At this time in our history many guests no longer read instructions and enter the wrong apartments. We have to keep the main door and the condo doors locked. The condominium complex has restrictions also.
Wonderful historic location!
Unbelievable location, the absolute best area to get around Boston from. We would book this location again and again. Super safe, and very short walk to everything
You’ve Gotta Go!
This was our family’s first experience with not staying in a hotel. We almost cancelled out of discomfort with trusting a description online. I called to cancel and ended up getting reassuring answers about parking and how accessible Boston would be without a car. The management were very efficient and caring. All I can say is thank you!!! We would have missed the BEST vacation!!! The very best part is that the condo was EXACTLY as listed! What a positive experience to have the listing turn out to match the listing perfectly!!! This condo was excellent for a family: included clean linens, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, clean and working kitchen, and the.best.location. You won’t be disappointed! Many thanks to Marie and Barbara! 🙂
We are so happy these guests enjoyed their visit.
Charming North End
We would definitely come back again to this cute, clean and charming studio apartment. It was perfectly located by so many fabulous restaurants (in Little Italy) and incredible historical sites. It was also in easy walking distance to the North Train Station that we accessed a bunch. The only minor down side were the pillows (too firm for me) although the mattress was great. The key lock situation can be tricky but the property owner was quick to respond and help w any problems we had regarding this. We can’t wait to come back!
Upstairs neighbor /roofers/ remodelers
The upstairs neighbors were beyond noisy EVERY MORNING! Every morning around 7ish, they came clonking down the stairs making so much noise, sounded like they were trying to break into our apartment. And come Friday night, they had their music up so incredibly loud. All night long! We were told to be respectful of neighbors, all the while they were beyond disrespectful. Someone also kept locking the deadbolt to the outside door, which is fine, except when you have an armful of stuff you are trying to bring in. Then came the roofers/remodelers. Last couple of days we were there, talk about noise!!!! If it hadn’t of been for the upstairs noisy neighbors and the roofers/remodelers, that apartment would have been perfect.
We are so sorry it was noisy. We do not allow such noise from a neighbor and wish this guest had told us. We would have addressed it.
There was construction earlier this year on the top floor remodel unit next door that was stopped. We were not aware it began again and will discuss this with the owner.
We like to keep the dead bolt locked. Both locks are very secure but we like both to be used. It is more secure
Perfect experience in every way
Can not say enough positives about this property and the team. The apartment is delightful, the location magnificent and every communication was helpful, cheerful and provided everything we needed. The value for the location is amazing, a short walk gets you to anything you need for your stay and access to more historical sites than you can visit in days. You are also a 5 minute walk from some of the more amazing restaurants right there in Little Italy. Had to visit Mike's Pastrys more than once and never had the same Cannoli twice. Highly recommend this property and thank you again for a wonderful stay!
This property is located in the sought after North End of Boston. You can walk to Quincy Market, public transportation, the Boston Harbor, many restaurants and eateries. During the Summer there are festivals. It is seconds away from the Freedom Trail, you can walk into Charlestown as well which is a favorite for history buffs.
