JETTY HABITAT is a private boutique style 1 bedroom studio in the heart of the sought after Jetty that can accommodate up to 4 people.There is a sofa bed but the property is ideal for a couple or business travel.
Beautifully appointed with a separate entrance, the studio is private and quiet with a garden deck and glimpses of the harbour....

INTERIOR
The interior features polished concrete floors, quality furnishings in a modern coastal theme making it an inviting and comfortable space. Attention to detail was our priority and little thoughtful touches make a difference to your stay.

FACILITIES
Meals can be prepared in the small functional kitchenette and we provide a continental breakfast of muesli, yogurt, pastries, fruit and orange juice. A gourmet platter and champagne on arrival can be organised for a small additional cost if requested. Just communicate your needs.
A relaxing night in, watching movies, reading from the well stocked library or playing board games are another option.
The bedroom captures beautiful sea breezes and features a stylish fitout with quality linen.

NEIGBOURHOOD
Whilst we are on a residential street, we are extremely close to the action. The renowned quaint Jetty Theatre is literally a 1 min walk and you are spoilt for choice for cafes, restaurants, artisanal bakery, tourist attractions and natural beauty virtually on yr doorstep. There is also laundrette down the road if needed, because lets face it, who wants to do laundry whilst having a break?

ACCESS
Whilst Nicolle works in the adjacent interior design studio (and we live on the premises as well) - we respect your privacy so self check in is standard. A text to say you have arrived is appreciated, otherwise feel free to drop in and say hi (only if you wish) on arrival if we are there.

Delightful spot to stay

Tastefully furnished, spacious one bedroom ground floor unit in brilliant location close to jetty and other facilities. Only had one night but would love to have stayed longer

Lovely property for our short stay

We enjoyed staying here. very nice property with everything available and a lovely breakfast is thrown in. Just a word of warning for people this is important for, the parking is street parking.

Great holiday spot.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable as the place was exceptionally clean and with a nice view of the oceans , not to mention the amount of goodies left for my family and I to enjoy during our time here. The owners were very nice and gave us a warm welcome into our beautifully design location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at Coffs Harbour.

Lovely place

Clean and comfortable, this place was in a great spot, walking distance to the jetty and a number of restaurants. It has everything you need, and some lovely touches. The yogurt, fresh fruit and granola was especially delicious for breakfast. Thank you Nicolle.

Jetty Habitat is a recently renovated studio apartment beneath a main residence. Nicolle, the owner also works on the property in a separate interior design studio called Natural Habitat Interiors and Design. A family of 4 inc 2 teenagers and the Murphy the Labradoodle live upstairs. Long term locals, they love the Mid North Coast and have a wealth of local knowledge they are happy to share.

What makes this property unique

Jetty Habitat is a location that is hard to beat. It is close walk to all lots of facilities as it in the heart of the sought after Jetty suburb. It is close to cafes, theatre, artisan bakery, the beautiful safe harbour and the creek, or a more strenuous walk up the iconic Mutton Bird Island will provide spectacular views back to the hinterland.
