Worst vacation home ever

The house is not well kept , We had nothing but problems from the minute we walked into the house . Upon arrival the house was 84 degrees ( we had a infant with us ) and had to go buy box fans to cool the house down , sliding glass pool door was broken and alarm kept going off , dirty utensils and dishes in cabinets , dinning room chairs were all worn , torn and some unusable dryer vent was not connected, pool lights did not work , and we killed 2 cockroaches.We called management and they sent someone out they were able to fix some stuff but not all . I also asked to speak to a manager and I got the run around saying one would call me but never did . I have stayed at this resort multiple times with different management companies and never once had a problem with them or the houses we stayed at .

Bed bugs, cockroaches and more!

I’ll preface this review by saying that I’ve previously stayed in this exact house, with no complaints. I’ve also stayed in over 8 nearby homes, with no complaints. I am an easy-to-please guest - but this company has gone too far by choosing to ignore my pleas that they should check the house for bed bugs before someone else falls victim. Let me start by saying sharing the following with you: Fridge barely works Dishwasher doesn’t work properly as the pucks are not fully ejected during the wash Kitchen amenities are shameful. Lounge chairs & Patio furniture are ALL broken and do not come with cushions as described in the photos. Furniture in the house is beyond deterioration - major rips and holes Cockroaches BIGGEST ISSUE: the washer and drying in the home were inoperable. I contacted Jeeves and they agreed to come the next day - great. I’d love to know what they repaired as it still wasn’t working after the repair. It was louder than an airplane - and the clothes that went through the washer were still ½ dry after the cycle? Fast forward a few days and we are seeing blood stains on the bed sheets. Weird I thought and carried on. Driving home I noticed the bug bites I had been getting were getting worse. I thought maybe we’ve been exposed to bed bugs. Sure enough, a google search tells me that bed bugs cause blood on sheets and their bites appear one to several days after the initial bite. Combine this with the fact that housekeeping wouldn’t be able to wash our sheets in the washing machine in the house - I now realized we had bed bugs ( confirmed by DR). Jeeves claims that I waited too long to tell them about the bugs, so it’s my fault. I had no idea until I was able to piece together the mystery of blood + a broken washing machine + bites all over that it was in fact bed bugs. Jeeves refused to treat the home for bed bugs after I contacted them. They told me that “We have followed up with the housekeeping team before responding to your latest email, and no sheets were found with blood stains upon your departure, and they verified the home and no bed bugs were found.” The scary part is that A) there were blood-stained pillowcases left behind and B) We left dead cockroaches on the counter for them to see. We have photos and videos of all of the above and Jeeves never asked to see them, nor will they address the problem. They did offer me $255.60 after a one-week stay as a kind gesture. Check BBB before booking!

Great house in an outstanding location for the Disney experience. The management company is terrific and very responsive to any issues or questions. We will return!

Great place for families

Had 2 little problems but they were at my door to solve them. Pool was excellent family enjoy it. But the best part is the water park what great place for family. Grandkids love it.
