Lower entrance level: spacious bright family room off entry, 3rd bedroom and 3rd bath (3-piece).
Fully furnished from cutlery to linens, HD Smart TV's - one above the fireplace, the other (55") in family room. Two great desks with separate work spaces. Hydro, gas, wi-fi and TV package included.
Location: North Nanaimo - lovely quiet residential area - spectacular sunset views overlooking the Winchelsea Islands, northern views across the Georgia Strait to the Sunshine Coast with coastal mountains as the perfect backdrop. Close (5 minutes) to two theatres, fitness facilities, numerous coffee shops & fine restaurants and shopping. 10 mins. to Departure Bay. Beautiful Ocean view townhouse
Lovely modern spacious, fully equipped hillside home overlooking the ocean. Very quiet location, near good shopping, parks and beaches. Wonderful helpful owners, we enjoyed our 2 month stay!

We are recently retired, and enjoy spending time in our home in the Yukon, and now on Vancouver Island for part of the year! It's wonderful to escape winter - we love walking and biking and exploring from this central island location. Nanaimo is a beautiful city, offering fantastic biking and walking trails, interesting arts, good restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities! Within a few hours you can be in Victoria, up any number of mountains, over to the West Coast, or further north on the island!
