The Queen size bed provided in the two bedrooms features good quality mattress, four luxurious pocket-spring pillows and high-warmth quilt, all to assure that you enjoy the support and comfort required for a good night’s sleep.
Equipped with art stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper and sugar, including dishwasher and microwave also provided. The sophisticated kitchen is at your disposal during your stay should you wish to prepare a home-cooked meal. Fresh ingredients are easily obtainable with the Coles Supermarket only a short 8-minute drive away and a couple of convenience stores are within short walking distance from the apartment.

We will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable check-in time before your arrival. Our lovely host will assist you settle in and will be able to provide information that you love to know about the property.
Swimming Pool (Located on the Ground Floor)
Smoking & Drugs:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in the balcony. Guests smoking inside will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. There is also a strict no drug use policy in this apartment.
Guest must park in their designated car park. There is a $10 per day for parking fee, parking fee can be waived if you stay over 5 days. Friendly reminder that prior checking-out, kindly remove your car from car park.
Guests must keep the house in a clean manner. Kindly wash dirty dishes and kitchen utensils after using, or leave them in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged from deposit if these are not complied.
Party & Noise:
This property is strictly not for any use of gathering, parties or celebrations. Noise level should be kept low after 9pm.

If evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.
If you plan to cook, please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, as if it goes off, you'll be liable for all the costs of the fire truck's visit.
Under any circumstances if guests require our staff to meet at the property for emergency situation caused by the guests, there will be a call-out fee of $150.
