You'll love staying in this modern 4x2 home located on Exmouth Marina. It is located within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and is only minutes from town.
Comfortable fully equipped house with space to park a large boat.
Enjoy Exmouth sunsets overlooking the water and the range on the large deck with outdoor kitchen.
Outside pets welcome.

Sleeping up to eight people, the house is light and bright with an open plan living area that flows out to the large outdoor entertaining area.

OUTDOOR AREA:
The deck has a gourmet bbq complete with rotisserie, an outdoor setting that seats eight people and outside television. The deck overlooks the canal and large fenced grass area below, with a sandpit for the kids.

LIVING AREA:
The living area is open plan with large kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine, breakfast bar, dining table that seats eight, and lounge area with huge TV.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master bedroom overlooks the canal, has a queen bed and ensuite with shower and toilet.
The three minor bedrooms are all double sized. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (that can be made into a king if requested), Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a set of bunks. The main bathroom has both a bath and shower.

PARKING:
There is ample parking with a double driveway, extra parking to the front as well as a designated spot for boat/ trailer parking.
