We’re not a hotel chain or big corporation…just a family whose dream was always to own property in the mountains. We love Breckenridge because it’s a real town with a real history dating back to 1859, much of which has been carefully preserved in Colorado’s largest historic district. The skiing is fabulous, but the summers have kept us coming back since 1999. You CANNOT get bored here: outside of the amazing array of winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-county skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice climbing, sleigh riding), there’s a dizzying array of 3-season outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, white water rafting, kayaking, ballooning, swimming, running, tennis…pretty much something for everyone! Our condo is a great, peaceful escape for our family, and we’re anxious to share it with you on your next mountain vacation!

This condo gives our family of six room to spread out. The bedrooms are separated by the living room and entryway, affording a lot of privacy. The location at the Village at Breckenridge can't be for lunch and walk to just about everything in town. Located next to the paved Blue River bike trail, Breckenridge Children's Museum, 2 blocks to Riverwalk Performing Arts Center, 3 blocks to nearest grocery/liquor stores, 4 blocks to ice rink, 5 blocks to Breckenridge Arts District

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Mountain, Great Time

Just want to say that staying in this particular condo in Village at Breckenridge was perfect. The location is exceptional for both skiing and access to town. The views were great. Very importantly, the condo was represented just as the pictures showed so it met our expectations exactly as we thought. It was incredibly comfortable for relaxing after skiing and the beds were so sweet. Kitchen was stocked well. Joe and Kari were great in responding immediately to anything we needed. We absolutely loved waking up in the morning and looking at those beautiful ski slopes. And the added bonus of an electric grill on the balcony was fabulous. Can't wait for next season.

Amazing Rental!

Right next to main restaurants and 50 yards from quicksilver lift! Recommend the Mexican restaurant across the street next to Blue River Sports. Also recommend blue river sports for ski rental equipment. All around A+

Great location, great views, perfect for our family

This unit was everything we had hoped for and more. ~100 yard walk to the lifts, which is awesome when you're carrying both your kids' snowboards in addition to your own gear. My kids stayed busy with the Wii, board games and access to a great pool and hot tubs. So much so, I had to drag them kicking and skiing to the mountain once or twice :)

The owners are super responsive, very cordial and you can tell that they honestly care whether you enjoy your stay.

We'll be back!

Owner's Response: I will pass along your compliments to my housekeeping staff. They’ve always done a great job for me. At almost 1,200 square feet, our condo is the size of 3 or 4 average hotel rooms. Our family of 6 has plenty of room to spread out when we come up for a visit.

Everything you could reasonaby expect

This condo is on the seventh (top) floor with a wonderful view of everything including the Quicksilver lift which is about 100 years away. It is hard to imagine being any closer to the ski area. There was good wifi and 3 great televisions. One in the living room and one each in each of the two bedrooms. We ate all but one meal in the condo and there are all the cooking equipment that you could need. Although there are many close restaurants and we wanted to eat out, we found them very busy at dinner, requiring a wait. If you want to cook some interesting meals bring your own spices. There were some basic spices such as salt and pepper, cumin, cinnamon and a few others. We brought our fondue pot and necessary utensils and ingredients for fondue.

In summary this condo is wonderful and everything you could expect. Be careful of the altitude (about 9600 feet) and the possibility of altitude sickness, especially if you are from near sea level. Talk to your doctor before arriving about taking Diamox.

I am convinced that we have the best location in town, and that our condo is in one of the best spots in the complex with commanding, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. I’m glad you were able to take advantage of the kitchen. The local restaurants certainly can get busy during the heart of ski season, but I’d like to invite you back during our shoulder seasons (April-May and October-November) when the town is quiet and many of the restaurants offer 2-for-1 specials! It’s a totally different vibe.

No need for a car once you're here...walk to pretty much everything in town! Numerous companies provide shuttle service to/from Denver Intl Airport, like Colorado Mountain Express (800-525-6363). Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides complimentary bus transportation around town. Summit Stage provides free bus transportation from Breckenridge to other locations in Summit County, including Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts, Frisco, Dillon, and the Outlet Shops at Silverthorne.
