Luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, ski in/out condo, Southwind slope 10 steps from front door or back door. Great place to learn to ski and for kids! Master BR has gas fireplace large bathroom with walk in shower and deep tub. 2BR has queen bed. Bunk room with 4 twin beds. All have TVs. DVD player with access to Netflix, youtube TV. Full kitchen with all utensils. Breakfast bar seats 4, dining table for 6. Family room gas fireplace and 35 in TV. Basement is finished with gas fireplace, 55 in TV, has additional twin bunk beds. Walkout basement to slope. 2 decks over look the valley, the most spectacular views in the area. Main deck has grill. 1 car garage and driveway for 1 additional car. Free wireless. Community center with fitness facility and swimming pool and hot tub. Private Hot tub is available for additional fee of $150. The hot has video surveillance.

Spacious with ideal location

The property was very spacious and would be ideal for a large gathering. If you're skiing it's a great location since a lift goes all the way into the neighborhood so ski-in/out makes it very easy, especially with young kids. Checking in and out of the property was very simple. Everything was very clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was extremely responsive when I contacted him. Additionally, before the trip he emailed me with things to do in the local area since the ski conditions weren't going to be good that weekend. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Mountain Getaway

My family and I stayed and loved the condo. It was the perfect location for sking. The condo was well stocked and the beds were so relaxing. It was very clean and felt very comfortable. We would book again.

Great house for a group of all ages

We will definitely being staying here again. The house was just as described and had everything you needed. Location was perfect for our 7 year old to learn to ski. Even with above average temperatures and not a lot of snow, we were able to get right on the slopes. Great memories made as a family. Owner was very responsive when I had a question.

Perfect ski house

Rick’s house was perfect for our ski getaway! We had no problems checking in, communication was speedy and pleasant. For many reasons, we found the house to be better than anticipated! Sometimes it’s the small details that matter, for instance, plenty of kitchen towels, paper products (PT & TP), spices and condiments! Very thoughtful of the owners to keep the kitchen so stocked! The new kitchen table and bench are beautiful and perfect for playing games and dining for our party of 8! We spent a lot of time around this welcoming table. We were able to enjoy the ski in/out feature as well, it’s extremely close to the front door! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation home!

Great place to stay for a ski weekend

We had a great stay at this location the listing was accurate, check in process was easy and smooth. No unreasonable cleaning request - take our trash, start dishes and laundry - that was it. when we had a minor issue the host responded within minutes. We would definitely stay here again it was perfect for non skiing people to watch their kids up close make a few runs, while getting to stay in the comfort of the condo, so easy to pop in for a bathroom/lunch break and warm up in the hot tub then head back out. Also the condo was well stock with oils, salt pepper, and condiments. In addition they had plenty of trash bags, TP, cleaning spray, dish towels and laundry detergent. And the table was big enough to fit 10 people comfortable to eat at one time.
