Nearest beach is 150 meters and nearest restaurants,bakery,supermarket inside the 300 meters radius.There are 6 apartments, 25-40 m3. All apartments are separate units with private entrance,own kitchen,bathroom,balcony/terrace and they can accommodate 4-6 persons.
Private parking and large cultivated courtyard suitable for children with fireplace and barbecue.Free access to joint laundry for apartments without washing machine. Promenade along city marina and park is a few minutes away.Another beach with beach bar and water-skiing is at 5 minutes walking distance and may be seen from the house terrace.
