Come enjoy this newly furnished 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Ranch style home. Walk into a large family room with seating for the whole family. Sit back and enjoy the Big screen TV and Electric fireplace or sit out back on the back deck and enjoy that bottle of Biltmore wine or coffee. The living area is open to kitchen so no one will feel left out. The kitchen is very well equipped with seating for eight. All new appliances, and all the utensils you could possibly need.

You can sleep comfortably on Egyptian cotton sheets and feel safe knowing all, blankets, pillows and comforters are steam sanitized prior to your arrival.

Here I am in downtown Asheville enjoying the day with my oldest daughter.

I am retired, a former Marine and business owner. I love the outdoors and all the things it has to offer. I enjoy traveling In my RV, kayaking, camping, bicycling, hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.

I have two wonderful daughters that keep me going.

Why Eric Lyons chose Kenilworth

The reason I chose Asheville for a rental/retirement home is because my oldest daughter lives here and we enjoy spending time together in this awesome town.

I spent many years as a youngster in this area when my grandparent's came here for vacation and the majestic beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains' and surrounding areas.

What makes this house unique

This home is perfect for family or group events. It has an open floor plan, spacious rooms. All bedrooms have walk-in closets.The house sits on a 1/4 acre lot,with a hardwood shaded back yard for the kids to play, and a deck for outdoor seating and grilling. The kitchen has all new S/S appliances and is well stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The washer and dryer are state of the art and are used to wash, and steam sanitize your pillows and bed clothes. The Kenilworth neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

You will see people jogging, bicycling, walking their pets. There is a park just 300 yds.away with a playground, ball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There are 3 churches within 0.2 miles, and 15 restaurants less than a mile away. For the golfer, there are 10 courses within 3.1 miles of the house!

Great location, roomy, comfortable, and immaculate!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this property in July and I couldn't have been more pleased.The Wyoming House actually felt like home! There was plenty of space and privacy to accommodate 8 adults as well as, a beautiful kitchen and deck to socialize in. This had been an important consideration in selecting a house as we don't have an opportunity to be together very frequently. The house's proximity to the downtown areas as well as the mountains made our days full of adventure. However, it was great to know we had a comfortable place to go and relax together at the end of each day. We also really appreciated having a top notch washer and dryer at our disposal. Our host, Eric, left great directions as well as recommendations and was prompt in all communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope that I will have another opportunity to visit Asheville in the near future.

Great find in Asheville

My family loved Eric's house. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. My granddaughter loved the park just down the street.

The house was comfy and quiet. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was nicely stocked-best I have ever stayed in. Eric thought of all the little things that make his place a real gem. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Lovely house

This is a great house located within a mile or two of downtown Asheville. Very clean and well furnished. Plenty of room. Only issue was that the TV is very difficult to operate.

Great neighborhood, great for walking, cycling, tennis court and children's playground only 500 ft away from house.

1.5 miles from downtown Asheville. 3.1 miles from 'Biltmore Estate'. The largest private residence in the United States . A must see it to believe it! Oh and you must have breakfast at 'Tupelo Honey Cafe' only 1.5 miles. Or 6 minutes away.
