Enjoy an amazing vacation with your family or friends in this multilevel Condo located steps from the famous Seaside Heights ocean and Boardwalk. Features 4 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Prime Location across from the beach & the boardwalk . 1st level comprises of 3 bedrooms out of which one is a suite and other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. 2nd level Features include an open concept living/dining/full kitchen area with hardwood floors , a powder room and a balcony. 3rd level comprises of Master suite w/king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, full bath ,sitting area and balcony. 4rth level is the terrace. The ground level has a 2 car parking for mid size cars equipped with security cameras.
4 Beach Badges will be provided for your entire stay.
We shall request check-out by 11am and check -in at 4pm so we can provide a well cleaned house to our guest.

Lovely home

Lovely home. Large rooms. Proximity to the beach is excellent. Once we discovered backing in to the parking spaces instead of head on, it was easy. Only negatives were no shelves or soap in the showers and TV internet intermittenly disconnected. Beds extremely comfortable. Owners extremely responsive & helpful.

Great summer family vacation - Seaside Heights.

The house was ideal for us and at a perfect location. It is across the street from the beach and the boardwalk. The rooms are spacious for a family of 7. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We had a very good experience renting this place and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Location across the street from the beach was ideal. House had plenty of room for our family, well equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms. Downsides: we knew it was a 3 level property, but we didn't now that we had to walk up a full flight before we hit the first level, another set of stairs to the living area and another to the top level; not so easy with luggage, etc. The jacuzzi was "cold water" only, therefore no tub for our 4 yer old. These did not affect our good time, just made it a bit more difficult.

Overall lovely

The owners were very nice and responsive, the home was nice as well and very close to the beach, with beautiful view. Be prepared for a lot of stairs, though that wouldn’t keep me from going again. I wish there had been a tub in the bathroom to take a bath and more places for storing clothes in the bedrooms, but that wasn’t super important.

Overall this was a good experience with a few glitches. This was BY FAR the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in at the shore. There is plenty of room, the furniture and kitchen items are in very good condition. They also provided clean towels. It is half a block from the beach in a quieter section of Seaside, which was very nice. There are a few downsides as well. There are ALOT of stairs. You come in on the parking level and have to walk up to the first floor bedrooms, up again to the kitchen and living area, up again to the second sleeping area and then up again to access the roof terrace. The parking is VERY tight. If you don't have a sub-compact car, I wouldn't even attempt to park under the condo. There is a concrete column between the two spots and a metal fence along the driveway. We ended up parking one car diagonally across both spots to avoid damaging our vehicles. After we figured that out, a pipe above the car started leaking on my car, and pieces of the paint from the ceiling where it was leaking started falling on my car. I moved my car again for fear of a pipe bursting and the ceiling collapsing on it. Parking on the street is $48 per day. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and the repairman didn't arrive until 10:30 PM to fix it. The owner left us 2 small min-fridges to use, but everything on the top shelf froze and anything in the freezer did not freeze. Then he needed to come back 2 days later with a plumber to check out the leak and replace the garbage disposal. It wasn't the end of the world, but definitely not fun. The parking was the biggest headache/surprise. Overall it was good, but not great.
