Blue Coral is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean waters and surrounding islands. It was included in Destination Magazine as one of the best Villas and is the most sought after 3 bedroom villa in Cruz Bay!

The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk away. Even though we are really close to the bars/restaurants/shopping - you will not hear any noise from the town. That differentiates us from some other places in Cruz Bay.

Our place is also the highest elevation in Palm Terrace (the 6 unit condo complex) with the best views. Please take a moment to read the wonderful reviews we have received.

In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping, many fine restaurants, and active night life as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.

Furnished with a king bed and three queen beds, it is ideal for a family or a few couples. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Each of the three baths has a large, walk-in shower. There are large closets throughout as well as a laundry room within the condo. The dining room boasts a carved mahogany table that comfortably seats eight.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot (including espresso maker), blender, pots and pans, and many other kitchen gadgets.

The main balcony provides an outdoor water-wall and comfortable seating for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The balcony off the master suite commands panoramic views and ultra-comfortable lounges as well as a teak table and chairs for an intimate dining experience. Balcony ceiling fans were recently installed to provide additional comfort.

The unit has central air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. The great room has cathedral ceilings and a 65'' Hi-Def wall-mounted flatscreen TV. All three bedrooms also have Hi-Def wall-mounted flatscreen TVs. WIFI and local telephone service are included.

If you feel you must work while in paradise, there is an office area off of the Blue Bedroom.

Ample parking is available. Relax by the pool in one of the many lounge chairs. Grill your steaks by the pool on one of the two large stainless steel grills.

Our island host will greet you upon your arrival at the ferry dock. They will lead you to your accommodations and; share an extensive knowledge of the island, including local amenities, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails and ensure you have everything you need to make your experience wonderful.

Blue Coral is smoke-free.

Stu and Linda live in Great Falls, Va. They bought Blue Coral in 2013 and try to get there whenever it is not rented. They have two grown children who also love to visit St. John as often as possible.

What makes this condo unique

Blue Coral has the highest elevation, therefore the best views. Our balcony is made of glass so no view is obstructed. We also added fans to the balconies which keeps it cool and keeps the bugs away. We recently redecorated and added a TV to each bedroom. We change all towels and bedding annually so you will never be disappointed with quality.

Perfect week in paradise

My family and I just got back from the most amazing week at Blue Coral. Linda and Stu have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need or want and more . We started off every morning on the balcony with our coffee and tea staring out at a real life postcard . The condo itself is enormous . It is decorated beautifully and had the most well equipped kitchen I think I’ve ever seen. We didn’t have to pack a ton of clothes as there’s a washer and dryer . We had forgotten laundry detergent and dish detergent etc. but found all of that was provided which was so incredibly nice. Also when we arrived they were treats from the deli that were delicious. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and a large cooler . What we also loved was the location as we easily walked into town several times a day. The rental company met us at the ferry got us all settled in with check in and answered all of our questions. Too many days in the sun as I forgotten the name of the gal that met us but she was lovely . We have stayed at the Westin several times in the past but went for a condo as the Westin is closed due to the hurricanes. When we return, I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else except Blue Coral.Thank you Linda and Stu for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Excellent property! Great vacation!

We stayed here for eight days. Very clean and well maintained. No issues at all. The owner, Linda, clearly takes pride in her home. And, we had a few friends visit us and all were impressed. Beach towels and chairs were there for guests to use. About an 8 minute walk to town, which wasn't bad at all. I spoke with Linda via email several times and she was always very kind and responsive. And their management company was easy to communicate with and answered the phone immediately the few times we called (when we had questions about the property or to coordinate travel). Really nice place and we're looking forward to returning.

Beautiful, comfortable, well located

We had a wonderful time in St. John's. This property is nicely, stylishly decorated and comfortable, and also has all the supplies one could need to enjoy an island vacation. It is spacious. The small pool in the complex is nice and warm. The property is a very short walk to Cruz Bay restaurants and activities. The owners are friendly, wonderfully responsive, and very willing to help with any needs. I highly recommend this as a rental property, particularly if you are looking for a home away from home.

Wonderful layout & spacious

Great accommodation for our group of 5. Only issue was water pressure was almost nonexistent at times which made showering a challenge (not sure if this is normal or due to continued recovery). STJ has been our family getaway annually & this was one of our favorite places. Condo has wonderful amenities & everything you need to prepare meals if you wish. Hope STJ continues on the road to recovery & despite destruction the beaches & island are still stunning.

Large and Comfortable, Great Location

I coordinated a group of 12 friends who stayed in two units at Palm Terrace. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The units were impeccable. The towels were fluffy and new. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with spices and everything we needed. A welcome gift in the refrigerator from the local deli was a nice surprise after a long day of travel.

The view from the balcony of Blue Coral is amazing. It was a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

The location of Palm Terrace was perfect for our activities. We used rented cars for our morning adventures and walked into town for evening fun. We enjoyed speaking with other villa residents poolside. Everyone we met on the island was extremely nice.

It was a great trip and we hope to get back someday.

Hill-top location with fabulous ocean views. Balconies also overlook wildlife preserve. Minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Options of quiet solitude or nightlife activity. Fantastic restaurants, shopping and quaint bars. St. John is 3/4 National Park so it is unspoiled and accessible.
