Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this single level villa has two bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 4 people - bedding, towels & linen provided, bathroom & separate toilet. Compact kitchen with an electric upright stove, microwave, toaster, kettle & refrigerator with ample kitchenware and utensils. Guests can also enjoy a large selection of books and novels in the living area, including some for the children; a flat screen TV with a mixture of DVD's and Videos for guest use. PLUS, generous parking on the property may appeal to some visitors.

About Cathy Gole

I was raised in Mount Gambier and now reside in Melbourne. I'm married with a grown up family. My husband and I work together in residential real estate sales and in our leisure time we like to travel, walk, read and relax at our beach house on the Mornington Peninsular. I try to visit my family and friends in Mount Gambier as often as possible and this villa provides the perfect place to stay when we're in town.

Why Cathy Gole chose Mount Gambier

Firstly, because it's situated in my beloved home town of Mount Gambier which will always have a special place in my heart .... (and, I especially like the street name!). Secondly, I was keen for the location to be within walking distance of the main street. My husband and I purchased this property a bit over 20 years ago and It's certainly not modern by today's standards, but it's solid construction and we think it has a cosy ambiance and stood the test of time.

What makes this house unique

The on-site parking is a unique benefit for guests who are towing or perhaps needing room for multiple cars or large vehicles - the property is gated and feels quite secure.
