Not a great experience

This property had several problems. When we arrived, power was off on the property. The owners tried to claim it was a problem with the power company, but they simply hadn't paid the bill and the power was off. It took a while to get that turned back on. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom, spiders all over the place, and it was unclear how well the place had been cleaned as there were dusty cobwebs all over, an algae'd over water fixture in back, along with a balloon floating around the living room. The door needs a new lock as well as the numbers have long been worn off of the device. These issues were not ideal, but what really drove home the 2 star on this property was the horrible customer service person I talked to when reporting the power issue. She was incredibly rude. I happened to have my phone on speaker so I could reference listing information, and my wife told me she wouldn't have believed me if I described how this nasty person behaved. We wouldn't stay at any property managed by this company again.
