About this property

Nice two bedroom, newly furnished, one level home with ductless air directly across from The Chocolate Cafe in North Eastham.

Enter to find an open kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace, full bathroom with tub/shower, and two bedrooms; one with a queen and one with two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. A new expanded living area and an additional half bathroom was added in 2023.

The back yard offers a nice deck with cafe table and chairs, an enclosed outdoor shower, a weber charcoal grill, picnic table with umbrella, and plenty of room to lounge on the hammock or sit around and chat while enjoying the beautiful summer weather.

Location: This property is nicely positioned within 2 miles of Nauset Light Beach on the ocean side, or, Campground Beach and Cooks Brook Beach on the bay side. This property is also within 2 miles of the Mass Audubon and the Wellfleet Cinemas, Drive-in Theater and Flea Market, and all North Eastham's shops, restaurants, and attractions. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike trail is only 2/10's of a mile away. I suggest using the set of lights at Nauset Road, 1/10th of a mile heading north from the house to cross Route 6.

Cozy

This house was so cute and cozy. I was a bit concerned being close to the main street but it was actually quiet. We had everything we needed. Would recommend this property.
