Fantastic Experience!

  • 5 of 5

We just loved our experience at the Old Stone Barn Apartment. It was very close to the town center and close to so many other wonderful places. The Ashford Castle was within close proximity as well. The apartment was just as described. Great beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom. The living space was wonderful. The gardens were just lovely and we appreciated the beauty of the backyard which was the view from the apartment. Peggy was just great offering help with directions as well as needed help for one of our traveling companions. We will definitely come back if given the opportunity in the future.

Thanks so much, Peggy, for your help and hospitality.

Fairytale barn, gorgeous inside and out!

  • 5 of 5

Sometimes, you see pictures of a place, and you think to yourself "It can't REALLY be that pretty." But you take a chance. We did, and we were absolutely stunned with how beautiful Peggy's place was! It was like living in a dream. We were just about a mile outside of town, but could easily get a taxi to come fetch us when we wanted to go anywhere. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was prettier and more scenic than we could have hoped. Peggy was a kind and gracious host, who worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect. There was a coffee pot, fridge, microwave, small tv, internet service, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. The showers were great, as was the beautiful garden out back. The butter yellow leather sofa was so comfortable to flop on after a long day of touring. We took gobs of pictures, as everywhere you looked was a great background.

Thank you, Peggy, for a truly memorable stay!

A feeling of home, comfort, and wonderful atmosphere.

  • 5 of 5

My wife, two daughters, and I, fell in love with this property. We found the cottage very clean, stocked well with supplies, and created the feeling of being back in time. We were in Ireland two weeks and traveled to four different areas and this was our favorite residence. The owners are extremely helpful and have taken good care of the property. Thank You Jakabosky from California.

An immaculate and exceptionally beautiful property - delightful!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed every moment of our stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchen to the assortment of soaps and shampoos in both bathrooms. The beds were quite comfortable, the shower marvelously hot, and the gardens a wonder to behold. We couldn't have asked for more!
