A perfect villa for the small family or two couples. An end of terrace villa set on an exclusive domaine of holiday villas and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the village of Montauroux. The villa has a small garden, private terrace with dining area and gas barbecue. The Domaine has a residents lounge, lovely pool, poolside showers and toilets and a laundry room. There is table tennis, an internet lounge, boules area and a friendly atmosphere. The villa itself is very nicely presented and has everything you could need. You are a very short distance from Lac de St Cassien with its excellent lake side restaurants or water activities.

Montauroux is one of the medieval perched villages within the Canton de Fayence. The Bastide des Chaumettes is a small gated complex of private villas with a shared pool. It is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and amenities. Well placed for access to the coast, around 30 minutes, or the famous Lac de St Cassien with its various water activities, beaches and lake side restaurants. A great location for the small family with young children.
