Super nice place! Pictures don’t do it justice.
We will be staying here every time we come up to the San Juan from now on. So much more comfortable than the local motels.
Much better than my expectations. The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. Will come back.
Great location, but would be nicer to have water access.
Loved the views of the river from inside & from the deck!
Great view of the San Juan River from the wrap around deck!
Love this River House! Have stayed here before in Fall 2016 & just last weekend. Our Albuquerque Gourmet Dinner Group decided to include a boating trip with our Saturday night gourmet dinner at this home. Some of our group stayed at Fishheads (just below the house). We had 9 people in all & we fed everyone breakfast each am before boating on Navajo Lake. Five of us stayed in the house & enjoyed every amenity, except the wi-fi is very weak. My husband needed to be in touch with his sales clients & the wi-fi did not work well enough for him to keep working while on this trip. But, heh---it was a vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked & you can tell the owners take pride in that! We had fun with everyone being able to hangout together in the evenings...from Happy Hour on the deck, our Gourmet Dinner night, and for dessert after eating prime rib at Last Cast Cafe. Thank you for a wonderful weekend with our friends!
we come to Navajo Dam every year but have never stayed in such a wonderful place.
The home was awesome and very accommodating!
Already planning to return next year.
Comfortable and convenient
It’s not the Ritz but it beat whatever else might be in Navajo Dam hands down. Very comfortable and convenient for what we were there for....fishing the San Juan. Great deck with lovely views of the river. Watched deer crossing downstream, otters and ospreys fishing on beautiful, cool, relaxing evenings. Beds are comfy. Living and kitchen areas are nice. House is well stocked and quite livable. Nice to have the gas grill with full tanks too. Will definitely stay there again if available on our next trip. Telling my flyfishing family and friends all about the house.
The home is located were you have access to many joyful ventures that only take a day. Their are Indian ruins to wonder through and the Durango railroad to ride on old steam trains to golfing in Farmington on the nice courses that await your there. There is so much to see and do in the Four Corners area that we suggest the internet for your personal interests in the our area.
