-This is a condo unit with a unit below and beside. There is potential to hear sounds from neighboring units. Please be mindful that neighbors can also hear loud noised omitting from with in the unit.

This is an upstairs unit with Vaulted ceiling and deck just steps from the pool and lake. Located in Mountian Harbor resort. Enjoy numerous activities such as boating, hiking, tennis, basketball, fishing, horse back riding. Visit the Lodge or Shangri La Cafe for lunch. Marina with fishing gear and rentals available. There is a play ground for the kids. Condo has a pack n play, child cot, as well as a travel type highchair. Propane grill on deck over looking the trees. This is our vacation spot so we have pulled out all the stops in comfort and cooking as that is what we enjoy! We look forward to sharing our little slice of paradise with you!

The kitchen has been renovated (2018) with SS appliances including induction range/ convection oven. All kitchen furnishing are new and great quality. You will also find an instant pot, crab leg utensils, Ninja blender and a Sous Vide immersion circulator. Any thing you want to cook with, you should be covered! (5 dishwasher pods provided, 1 roll paper towel provided, 1 trash bag provided)

Master features King bed with new Hybrid mattress and luxury linens. Extra pillows and pool/lake towels in closet. 43in Smart TV. Master bath with standup shower and stocked towels under the sink. Hair dryer located in bottom drawer. (1 extra roll toilet paper provided) Wifi router is also located in master with access printed on the side.

Secondary bedroom features two twin bed and one twin trundle, Smart TV and a Super Nintendo mini. Pool/lake towels and extra linens for sofa beds are stocked in the closet. Also find high chair and Pack N Play with sheet in the closet.

Hall bath like wise has been updated with towels and hair dryer provided. Features tub/shower combo. (1 extra roll of toilet paper provided)

Washer and Dryer located in hall. 5 washing pods and dryer sheets provided. Also you will find ironing board and iron as well as clothes drying rack.

You will find a 4 seat dining table in the dining/ living area as well as three bar stools.

We have really enjoyed updating the condo with inspiration form a recent trip to Santa Fe, NM. Some of the furnishing were left from the previous owner and we had fun updating them and incorporating them back into use. We hope you can relax and enjoy the space we have created as much as we do!

Great stay at the lake

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was in a great location, just a short distance (we drove) to he swimmable beach on the property. It was a great place to swim around & enjoy the day. It’s very rocky so wear shoes! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and plenty of towels, etc. The lake is so clean & refreshing.. we rented a boat & jet ski from another resort.. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this condo again if we go back!

Wonderful Stay in the Trees

Beautiful unit. Lots of wildlife and close to the pool. The video games and other amenities made our down time fun. We will be back!

My Husband, Jason, and I have loved to spend time at Lake Ouachita with our kids for years. We never knew that Mountain Harbor existed until a friend introduced us in 2018. We are both professionals and decided that a get away spot was just what we needed and took the plunge!

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because the price was right. The unit was a time capsule from 1984 when it was first built. The materials and furniture were all intact and in great shape- but we knew we wanted to update it. When the renovation first started, we took a trip to Santa Fe, NM and were inspired by the area and brought back items to show case in the unit. We also like some of the vintage furniture pieces and kept them in the decor.

What makes this property unique

We love the slow pace of the area. There are wildlife all around and we enjoy the local events more than we do at our own home town. There is nothing better than coming back to grill out after a day on the water.
