From the moment we walked into this condo and saw the views all around us (corner unit), we know we had to have it. We totally rehabbed the condo - everything is new, we even moved walls and changed the layout. No other unit in the building is like ours. You will love it. My favorite place to sit is the double swivel chair in the entertainment area. It's a great place to relax!

What makes this condo unique

Walk to everything! Even public transportation is nearby if you don't care to walk. The condo is in a perfect location. Or if you're simply staying around, the hotel-like amenities are fabulous! There's a beautiful pool area, large sundeck with Weber grills, a spacious fitness center with your own TVs, and even a business center should you need it.

Best place to stay in River North Chicago!

Loved everything about our stay in this beautiful condo! The views are spectacular; kitchen was very functional; the beds are so comfortable; the bathrooms and closets nice sizes. The living area was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The condo is so close to everything- shopping, grocery stores, nail and hair salons, restaurants, mag mile, hospital, theatres, and so much more. The owners made themselves available if questions. Can’t wait to rent there again!

Wow! What a great month this has been!

The condo has been spectacular both in what it provided and as a base for venturing out. It’s so well furnished and situated with captivating views of the city. We went all over to museums, theater and concerts, tours, and restaurants, by public transportation and driving. We were near our son and his family to enjoy their pursuits and they came here often. Our siblings came for overnight stays. Sunrises and sunsets, even rain and wind, from high above the streets capped every day. Thanks to Chris and Jim for what you offer.

we spent the month of september 2016 in chris' condo on the 51st floor. the unit itself was perfect in every respect - views, decor etc. the location was ideal for exploring the highlights of downtown chicago. the building staff was cordial and helpful. chris was a delight to deal with in the entire rental process. we expected a lot, and we were extremely pleased. strongly recommend this vrbo rental. dave

This condo was amazing. Beautiful and updated accommodations, best location in the area and the city views from the 51st floor are breathtaking. The owners, Jim & Chris, have seen to it that you have all the comforts of home. The people working and living in the building are very friendly. We could not have chosen a more perfect location for touring the City of Chicago; everything is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Due to a Chicago ordinance, our minimum rental period is 1 month, typically from the 1st to the last day of the month. Air conditioning and heat are part of electric bill. We offer a $125 per month electric allowance. Any overage is charged to renter. 95% of our renters do not exceed this allowance.
There is an optional cleaning fee of $85 each. Exit cleaning of $125 is mandatory.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
