About this property

Wonderfull Private house of 80 square meters at Spetses island. It has 2 bedrooms suitable for 6 people. Living room with big Flat screen TV and a cosy sofa. There is also a small kitchen fully equiped. House is syrounded by a big private yard of around 120 square meters. There are trees to provide you shade and an outdour table to sit and enjoy yourselves. The location is great since it is around 8 minute on foot from the Port and 6 minutes away from the city center. Also it is around 10 minutes walking from the ''old harbour '' where the night life of the island is located. There are 2 beaches close by. One at 6 minutes on foot and another one at 10 minutes. Furthermore a bus stop is also at 3 minutes walking from the house.
