The spacious 1500sf apartment amply features all the modern conveniences you need, in a charming country setting.

The open floor plan offers easy social living for all to enjoy, and is awash with natural light from large generous windows. Additionally, the outdoor deck space is the ideal place for a spot of al fresco lunch/dinner or just to watch the sun set over the Brook.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people with a king sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa. An aerobed and pack-n-play are available for additional guests upon request.

Apartment includes a garage with elevator to the main level. All doors, bathroom fixtures and amenities are 100% handicapped-accessible.

Amenities include: free broadband wifi, comcast cable, and m-cell connectivity (improves AT+T cell phone use).

We sought a property that would specifically be different from other offerings locally. The quintessential Vermont farmhouse is easy to find and may compromise some of the needs of some travelers. This property was built from the frame of an 1890 building in a quiet and very charming hamlet - and modernized in 2013.

A nice place to stay for our family of 5!

We are pretty particular about our accommodations when we go on a vacation, and we found this to be a clean and comfortable place to stay. It was great to have an open room with the kitchen right where everyone was gathered so that we could still converse and enjoy each other's company whether relaxing while watching TV or cooking. It was great to have so much light coming through the living room windows - and the views were very nice. We were there during the winter and were able to enjoy some cross-country skiing on the trail right out the back door and across the bridge. Woodstock is a very quaint town and there were plenty of places to eat there. It had everything we needed and we felt well taken care of by Bob - the manager. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay a little further out (maybe 25 minutes away) from Killington or Pico. We went to both and it wasn't too far to travel. Very nice!

Tranquil setting, yet convenient

Very comfortable accommodations in a Hallmark movie setting. There is a lovely view from the front room of green space with a brook. Having our host located nearby made check-in efficient, and he provided great tips too. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and found it beneficial to be a bit away from the seasonal Woodstock traffic.

Great place

Took a little family get away and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, plenty of room, location was great and the views were fantastic. The management team made our stay even better. Very accommodating.... Highly recommend this location for any occasion.

Great stay at a wonderful property

We had a fantastic stay over New Years. The apartment was clean, modern, and well furnished. There was plenty of sleeping space for 5 people. Bob was a very responsive host who ensured that we were satisfied with our accommodations throughout our stay. We skied at Killington, which is only around 20 minutes away and was very easy to get to. Downtown Woodstock is also just a few minutes away by car and offers a wide array of shops, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading up to Vermont!

A great stay in Woodstock

We had a great stay in Woodstock recently. The apartment was great, very modern with a great bed. The owner Bob was very friendly and very helpful with some great local recommendations. It was a ten minute drive from the main part of Woodstock but had a great local market shop which served a delicious breakfast. We would love to return to Woodstock, such a beautiful place, and would not hesitate to stay here again.
