A must see! This comfortable and newly furnished home is nestled in the Villages at Queen Creek and the Las Colinas Golf Club. It is within walking distance to the Club house, pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is convenient to many popular restaurants and shops and is adjacent to the quaint center of Queen Creek, Arizona. We are approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes from the new Mesa Gateway Airport. There are several golf courses in the area, and with access to SR 202 and US 60 only 15 minutes away, you can have a fun day exploring the Chandler or Scottsdale areas.

Be one of the first guests to stay in this welcoming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The Master offers a queen size bed with plenty of storage, a flat screen television and a private bath. The other two bedrooms are just as inviting and each include plenty of closet space and a shared bathroom across the hall. The open den area has warm wood floors and a new, large leather sectional sofa with a desk area and wi-fi internet access. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available as well as a 1 car garage. This home has been cared for and we are excited to share it with you.

The eat-in kitchen has been stocked with many kitchen essentials and offers plenty of room for preparing and cooking meals. If like to bar-b-que, you will certainly enjoy the spacious back patio and brand new gas grill. The backyard is private enough to relax and enjoy the wonderful Arizona evenings and sunsets!

We loved how convenient the house was to the community pool and to restaurants and shopping. The property is very comfortable and the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Queen Creek House

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The house was clean, very comfortable, and decorated nicely. It has a nice patio and backyard with a privacy fence. The house is ideal for a family of four or two couples with its 3 bedrooms. It was well stocked with things needed for cooking. Additionally the house is located close to a large shopping center, restaurants, theater, and a very nice library. We would recommend this house to friends and would want to rent again if we were in the area.

Great location to golf and restaurants

We stayed for a month while we waited for our home to be built. The home was clean and had everything we needed. So nice to have the golf course and pool just down the street. Would recommend.

A very comfortable home away from home

We spent about five weeks in July - August in Rick's home. It is equipped with almost everything you need to make it your "home." It is located in a well kept neighborhood. Shopping and movie theaters are nearby and easily accessible. Phoenix is about 40 minutes by car. We would recommend a Friday or Saturday night visit to the Olive Mill for live music and pizza. If you have time for a day trip with children, try Out of Africa near Sedona.

Rick is very easily reached to answer questions or to deal with any problems that may arise. It was a pleasure to stay so near our daughter and her children. Thanks, Rick. We will be back.
