About this property

Our inviting, typical Tuscany natural stone house from the 17th century was recently painstakingly renovated. It is located on in a stone pine grove in the Versilia back-country. The well-maintained, rustic furnishings give the house a special flair. There is a living room with fireplace, satellite television, video and DVD player, dining room, completely equipped kitchen with a wood baking oven for pizzas and a half-WC on the ground floor. All of the 4 bedrooms on the top floor have their own shower/WC, satellite TV, video and DVD player, mini-frig and safe. The larger outdoor area has a covered dining space with wood furniture, grill, there are sun beds and sun umbrellas by the new pool, a lawn with table tennis for resting and relaxing.

Meravigliosamente fantastica!

Eccellente in tutto. La casa e la sua autenticità, i suoi dettagli meravigliosi, tutte le comodità. Lo spazio esterno stupendo. Aladino è un proprietario esemplare. La sua ospitalità non ha paragoni. Disponibile e cordiale sempre. Ci siamo sentiti accolti da subito, ci siamo sentiti più che bene dal primo momento all'ultimo. Casa del Sole CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Welcome to Italy

Nice house with a lovely pool area. Thanks for the nice welcoming party, eventhough we couldn't speak the same language. A bit of a hassel with sorting the waste, but okay, that is just the situation. A good strong car is needed for the area :-) Overall a good vacation with kids.

Perfekt zum entspannen

Wir haben die 10 Tage die wir gebucht haben absolut genossen ! Ein gemütliches Haus zum entschleunigen sehr gepflegt , Pool & Garten sind sehr schön und signor Aladino sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt ! Sehr zu empfehlen! Grazie mille Aladino

Immersa nella natura e ben distanziata dalle altre abitazioni per godere di silenzio, privacy e relax. La casa è ben tenuta e superaccessoriata. È ben posizionata e consente diverse gite a mezz'ora di auto. Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana.

Super schön und super entspannt!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im Casa del Sole verbracht und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir waren 2 Familien, d.h. 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und ruhig in den Bergen. Trotzdem ist man in 20 - 30 Minuten am Strand oder in Lucca. Wenn man das überhaupt möchte. Wir haben es genossen, einfach nur am Haus zu entspannen und die Kinder hatten immer etwas zu tun bzw. waren nicht mehr aus dem sehr großen Pool herauszubekommen. Zum Einkaufen muss man ebenfalls gut 10 km fahren aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Wetter kann in den Bergen eventuell etwas wechselhafter sein als am Strand aber es war im Juni schon sehr warm und wir hatten bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr gutes, warmes Wetter. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer, Aladino. Er hat auf Fragen stets schnell geantwortet und hatte uns zur Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Sekt sowie ein paar regionalen Süßigkeiten überrascht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet; die Zimmer sind schön und besitzen jedes ein eigenes, wenn auch manchmal kleines Bad. In der Küche fehlt es zwar etwas an Ablagefläche oder Regalen aber das sind alles keine großen Probleme gewesen. Bei 8 Personen kommt eben auch einiges an Utensilien zusammen. Alles in allem hatten wir und vor allem unsere Kinder einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus daher nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
