Location: detached villa near the beach. The holiday home is in a quiet location, the small road in front of the holiday home leads to the neighbouring beach in about 11 minutes by car, the Parco della Versiliana is 6 km away as well as the sandy beach.
The holiday home is well suited for guests who like to feel at home in the well-known town of Forte dei Marmi.
The fenced property surrounds the holiday home, so that both in front of the holiday home and behind the holiday home our guests can stay to eat or relax outside.
The gate is electrically operated and our guests can park on the fenced plot.
Dining table, chairs and sunbeds as well as a barbecue are at guests' disposal. WIFI available.
Dogs are welcome, from 2 unit on request.
Facilities: the living area of approx. 200 m² is spread over 2 floors. A small staircase leads to the terrace in front of the holiday home. Entrance with hallway. On the right you find a nice big open kitchen with a big living room. And access to the garden (via a pair of steps) Freezer, dishwasher, toaster. Microwave, available. To the left of the hallway is the living room with fireplace and TV and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bath. 2 bedrooms with double bed. One bedroom with french bed for 1,5 persons. Babycot.
A staircase leads down to the next living area: kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and new bathroom with shower.
