About this property

Whether you work professionally in the region or spend your vacation, you will arrive and feel comfortable.

The 120m² apartment COMFORT is - like all of our apartments - fully equipped. The partly naturally oiled oak flooring alternates with carpeting and tiles, which makes living very comfortable.

The spacious living room is lovingly furnished. Each of the four bedrooms, as well as the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom, are bright, light-filled feel-good rooms. The windows are equipped with insect screens.
The large entrance area allows space for stay and cloakroom incl. Reading corner.

The apartment has a fully equipped high quality kitchenette. Fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, dishwasher ect. are available for self-sufficiency. A central, spacious kitchen island offers enough space for cozy, communicative evenings for up to eight people.

Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with two high-quality box spring beds of 1.00 x 2.00 m, two bedside tables incl. Reading lamp, a wardrobe / clothes rack and a separate seating area. One of the four bedrooms can also be used as a living area. In this case, an inviting 4m long lounge area with armchairs and smart TV awaits you.

The large daylight bathroom consists of a shower, bathtub, separate toilet, a double vanity with mirror, hairdryer and plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a separate guest toilet.

A washing machine with drying facility and steam iron with ironing board is available for you on request in the house. The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor and is accessible via a separate entrance. It has parking space for your car or motorcycle and offers space for bicycles.

If you feel like it with a brisk convertible, SUV or similar. To explore the Allgäu, you are welcome to get a rental car at Autohaus Nothelfer.

Very quiet newyear

Nice appartement in little village. Restaurants, shopping or Therme are half an hour away. Very quiet at newyear, great for our dog.
