Welcome to our holiday apartment "Kathrin" in the heart of Kaltenbach, just 150 meters from the valley station of the Hochzillertal mountain railway. Our modern and cozy apartment, with a living space of 51 m², provides the ideal retreat for your vacation in the picturesque Zillertal.

The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people and features:

2 Sachsen in Tirol

Wir hatten bei Superspätsommerwetter einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Zillertal. Die FeWo war geräumig sauber und uns fehlte es an Nichts. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut für Radfahren im Tal und zum Wandern geeignet und auch im Sommer sehr zu empfehlen.

Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Unsere Vermieterin Kathrin ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und höfliche Vermieterin. Diese Wohnung in Kaltenbach liegt sehr gut. Von dort ist man schnell bei allen Bergbahnen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Een mooi, ruim, zeer proper en smaakvol ingericht appartement. De keuken is volledig ingericht (vele nieuwe spullen), de badkamer is voldoende ruim en heeft een degelijke douche, de matrassen zijn stevig en zorgen voor een goede nachtrust. Rustig gelegen (zomer), de ideale uitvalsbasis voor de vele wandelingen in de ruime omgeving. Kathrin is een betrokken, bereikbare en tegelijk discrete gastvrouw. De communicatie is zeer vlot verlopen. Een absolute aanrader!

The holiday home sits in a peaceful and sunny location, just 150 m away from the Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach mountain railway valley station. Ski rental, après-ski, schools, shops, restaurants, the railway station, and many more are reachable in just a few minutes walking. Therefore, you don not really need a car. In summer, this is the perfect starting point for hikes, excursions, and much more.

What makes this property unique

You can also arrive by train or bus .A car is not really necessary, since everything is reachable within a couple of minutes walking. It is a one-storey holiday rental, ideal for 2-4 people. It has been equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday!
