Imóvel sem manutenção básica, ventiladores todos em mau estado sem a ventilação necessária. Os de tetos idem. BOX do andar de cima estreito mal cabe uma pessoa e o chuveiro PÉSSIMO o de baixo, apertadissimo . Uma escada caracol impraticável. cozinha só pode entrar 1 de cada vez. RESUMO PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA.

Vale pelo custo benefício

A casa é funcional porém apresenta detalhes que precisam ser corrigidos como pia da cozinha que sai pouca água, os colchões de um dos quartos são extremamente duros mas pode ser positivo para quem gosta. A água do chuveiro do banheiro do andar de cima tb é escasso. A localização é excelente e a comunicação com a proprietária foi muito boa, muito simpática e atenciosa. Condomínio muito bonito e muito limpo além de funcionários atenciosos.
