Gemütliche Komfortwohnung in Surlej mit Bergblick
Gut ausgestattete Parterre-Wohnung in einer wirklich sehr ruhigen Lage, auch im Haus. Sehr komplette Ausstattung, auch im praktischen Detail (Geschirrspüler, Raclettegerät, Satellitenfernsehen, Duschkabine -ohne Wannenbad- etc.), aber dekorativ etwas überladen (Trockenblumengestecke, Vasen, Tonfiguren etc.). Die Wohnung hat überwiegend Parkett, keinen Teppichboden und ist daher gut Allergiker-geeignet. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist gut. Der Blick in Richtung Sils im Westen wird durch einen kleinen Hügel gehindert. Der Gratis-Skibus zur Corvatsch-Bahn hält direkt vor dem Hausparkplatz (1 Min.), die Linienbusse halten hingegen ca. 400 m entfernt. In der Nähe liegt eine kleine Bäckerei mit Café und kleinem Warensortiment.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein gut gelegener, breiter Einstellplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.
