These three modern holiday apartments, two of which can accommodate up to five people and the third up to eight persons, are just a one-minute walk from the sea. It is a three-minute walk to the centre of town, with all the necessary shops and amenities.

Each apartment has satellite TV, an air conditioning unit in the bedroom and wireless Internet access.

Each apartment also has a balcony with a table, chairs and parasol. The completely fenced site provides parking spaces and a barbecue, which are for the shared use of all guests.

The landlord in the apartment on the upper floor is always available and happy to help with any questions you might have.

The centre has supermarkets, bars, a post office and a bus stop. It is about 70 metres to the beach. In summer there are all kinds of attractions for children on the beach in Karin, such as a carousel or little cars. Karin is well-known for its moor treatments, which are beneficial for rheumatic complaints. You can go on organised rafting trips in the nearby gorge. Zrce beach is a good half hour’s drive away. It has evolved into a party mile and is known as the “Ibiza of Croatia”.

The 85 m² apartment is on the ground floor of the two-storey family house. It offers a living-/dining area, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a three piece suite and matching armchair, a coffee table, cable television and a dining table with four upholstered chairs. A wide doorway leads into the fully equipped kitchen complete with cooker, oven, fridge and freezer compartment and plenty of cutlery and tableware. The master bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe providing plenty of space for your clothes and luggage. The second bedroom also has a large wardrobe, a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed and upon request, one more single bed can be added. The sofa in the living room can be converted into and additional 160 cm x 200 cm double bed providing sleeping space for two more persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower device, large wash basin with undersink cabinet and wall mirror, hairdryer, toilet and even a washing machine for added convenience. Bed linen, towels and reliable wireless internet access are provided free of charge.

The living area gives access to the covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue. A parking space is available right in front of the house.
