Great Place To Stay!

The home was perfect, the layout worked well, and it was clean. The kitchen supplies were not high quality, but they were sufficient for what we needed. Having the private pool and hot tub were a highlight, and paying the extra for heat was well worth it. We had an issue with the a/c, but someone was there in less than a half hour and worked quickly to resolve the issue. The neighborhood was nice, but the homes are really close together and we had a rowdy group behind us a couple of nights, but that was unavoidable. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall this was a nice property. We stayed over 30 days and enjoyed ourselves. The property has full sun all day so the pool was always a pleasure to be in. There is ample space for everyone and the kitchen was stocked nicely for cooking we how ever needed a few things so we purchased them and left them for future renters. The staff is extremely attentive to any concerns or issues that arise and are always a pleasure to work with and actually go above and beyond. We have rented numerous times form this property owner and will definitely rent from them again. The only thing I would suggest for the management is to spend a day do some tlc at the property for little things that would go a long way. Overall great time great management! thanks so much!

Spring break

Overall we had a nice time, but there are issues to address. The house is in good shape but needs TLC. Communication with owner is great UNTIL a problem then delayed/no response. Contacted management several times, responded initially to first call/text which was in regard to locking front door. There were no instructions on that. The key pad numbers were rubbing off and lock button was completely rubbed off hence unaware that was what we were supposed to push. The hot tub knob was stripped, notified owner with no response, texted/called management with no response until they just showed up unannounced next morning in the back pool area. The second bedroom shower turn knob was difficult to control temperature of water, either really hot or cold. We had 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week with 5 people which is not enough. Beds were lumpy and definitely old, Pillows flat. Beds and pillows were not wrapped in an enclosed case which helps prevent bed bugs etc. especially when you have multiple renters. I don’t think it was bed bugs, however, both my husband and I had cluster of bites on arms, back and legs. Definitely not mosquitoes. Home book rules also state if possible to take off sheets and wash them for the next guest. Personally and as a VRBO home owner, would never ask a guest to clean the sheets for the next guest! That is not the job of a renter. It makes me question the cleanliness of the sheets to start with as well as the entire home.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
