Simple and good location
Although we had some issues when first checking in the property is good value for money, in a good location and we enjoyed our stay. There are no cleaning or kitchen supplies so you will need to bring everything with you. The host was also very helpful with any issues we had!
Additional fees charged
The apartment in itself is okay, though not the newest and pricey for what you get. It is not at all furnished, you have to bring everything on your own (from sheets to towels to oil to salt ), so beware of that. When we forgot to take out the bin, we were charged 80(!!!)€ for it, allegedly because the next tenants needed to be "indemnified".
I cannot recommend this place. Better look for something where you are treated with respect and disproportionate charges are not imposed on you through the backdoor of vexatious claims.
