Cozy & Convenient Cabin
We were so delighted with Jack's cabin - the accommodations were perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens - and the location cannot be beat! We'd rent this again for ski season or summer.

Wonderful Historical Cabin
A perfect little cabin only a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge. This little abode was the perfect size for my husband, our 6 year old grandson and myself. There is a king size bed on the lower level and 2 single beds in the loft. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful little antique stove and a small little gas wood stove that keeps the space comfortable. We enjoyed skiing and walking around town. This little cabin is the best spot for play and walking. Thank you to Anita, a wonderful host!

Hands Down the Best
This cabin is great! It’s got history and character and is really well maintained. Such a refreshing change from the normal condos and modern homes available as vacation rental usually. You couldn’t ask for a better location in terms of Main St, driving access, off street parking, walkability, access to the lift, etc. The owner manages the cabin herself and is hands down the best host we have ever worked with. Very friendly and super helpful. We will stay here again in a heart beat. Only giving five stars because 6 is not an option. Or ten.

Perfect location!
Perfect location to walk to town or use public transportation. Very accommodating host; I strongly suspect she gave up her parking spot while we were in town. Cozy, useful kitchen. And high speed internet (so we could keep up with our team's losing streak :(

Adorable cabin in a great location
Jack’s cabin is a very cute little place right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. As you can see in the description and photos it is rustic rather than “fancy”, but it is very well appointed and comfortable. The internet is great and I was able to work remotely without issue, and the cabin is a short walk to the dog park and to Main Street. I was there in the Summer and there was an issue with yellow jackets in the cabin, but I imagine that most guests are coming during the winter and won’t encounter that. Anita, the property manager, was very communicative.

I love to travel. I grew up in the Midwest. However when I first came to Colorado I knew this had to be my home.
I would like to share my Historic Cabin with you when I am not there.

Why they chose this property

I love history. When I saw this cabin and heard the story of Mickey the ore man who built it 130 years ago I wanted to be a future owner.

What makes this property unique

This is a stand alone guest cabin. On the Historic Registry it has been beautifully restored with reclaimed lumber. This cabin is on the street level so you don't have a bunch of steps to climb!
