Property in need of deep clean. Look at your lights in the kitchen, and really need to get rid of the brush piles

Baby Shower Site
Pros: This space was perfect for hosting a small baby shower. The chef's kitchen has an amazing stove/oven and refrigerator. Layout was great for a small gathering. Cons: Kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, serving supplies, etc.) were drastically under-supplied for any kind of event and required scrubbing before use.

Practical and spacious
Overall enjoyed the stay. Lots of space which helped with meeting up with various family in the area. Overall a bit tired or worn as far as it’s overall upkeep, which is why we do not give it a five star. but mostly everything was clean, good and functioning- A few things need fixing like the kitchen faucet, (it worked, but has a very clunky way to turn it on and off )-and the burned out light above the mirror in the bathroom was a bit on - Also, there was no curtain in the window in the bathroom… We ended up figuring out how to put a towel up to cover the window from being seen from the outside.. also There is quite a bit of noise from the highway which was a surprise to us… But didn’t really bother us except a little bit at night. It was too chilly out to hang out on the deck, so we’re not sure if it was loud out there- overall it was a very convenient place to be/ take walks from and visit the Walker, etc.

Visiting with family
My adult son, husband, and myself stayed 4 nights at Lowry Hill. The property location fit ours needs perfectly. It's located near freeways so there is loud traffic noise, especially on weekday mornings if you open the windows or back patio door. The property has excellent noise cancelling windows and a well working AC unit which helped greatly. Check in was easy via texts and email. However contact with property manager was a bit more challenging. We contacted him via text to advise that there was no Keurig coffee maker as advertised and our texts were not readily acknowledged without additional nudges. They did have a working drip coffee maker, so it wasn't a deal breaker or big complaint. It should be noted that while the kitchen and dining areas have been updated, the bedrooms have not and the house is still a "work in progress." Our overall experience was good, and our favorite part was watching the wild bunnies in the backyard with our morning coffees.

Overall Pretty Good
The property was very spacious with a great kitchen and the neighborhood is great. There were some issues with wifi connectivity and not a lot of specific follow up to resolve that. The space is clean and usable.

I grew up in a family that rented properties and love providing people a great place to stay. I bought my first Duplex in 1994 and haven't looked back. I only purchase quality houses in great neighborhoods. Rest assured that you will enjoy staying here.

Why they chose this property

I love to cook and entertain and lived in this apartment for ten years before listing it as a vacation rental. I love the high end finishes and quality furnishings. It has been completely renovated and ready for you to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The unit has a new hot-tub and has a very private back yard, yet is only one mile from the Minneapolis Convention Center and both Downtown and Uptown.
