Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Guter Service und großzügige Wohnung für 2 Personen. Schöne Lage nahe der Havel und gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Komfortable Ausstattung.

Eiswerder Inselwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen auf der Eiswerder-Insel in der Havel. Sehr ruhige Lage und verkehrstechnisch gute Anbindung.Innerhalb von 10 min ist man auch im Grünen.Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, allerdings ein bißchen mehr auf Design als auf Funktionalität ausgerichtet. Ein paar kleinere Mängel in der Technik sollte man beseitigen. Ein weiteres Thema ist der Sonnenschutz, den könnte man einfach und schnell verbessern, ansonsten TippTopp und sehr zu empfehlen.

Differenzierte Bewertung

Die FeWo war mit ein paar kleineren Abstrichen , aber ohne nennenswerte Probleme, ganz o.k. Der Fußweg über die Eiswerder Brücke führte durch eine Großbaustelle, was nicht so schön war. Der Weg selbst hat wohl schon jahrelang keine Straßenreinigung erfahren. Davon abgesehen waren die Nächte ruhig und entspannt. Und auch erholsam.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub in Berlin. Dafür ist die Wohnung gut geeignet (schöne Lage am Wasser, gute Verbindungen in die Stadt). Wenn es sehr heiß ist, erwärmt sich die Wohnung stark und ist nur schwer durchzulüften (vor allem, wenn es nachts regnet und man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann). Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon würde die Aufenthaltsqualität deutlich verbessern

Saubere FeWo in toller ruhiger Lage👍

Super tolle Ferienwohnung 😊 Leider hatten wir ein heißes WE erwischt, Wohnung war sehr aufgeheizt. Leider nur 2 Ventilatoren, keine Klimaanlage. Fenster konnte man auch nicht gut abdunkeln. Sonst tolle Lage 👍
