About this property

Comfortably Furnished w high quality linens, dishes, glassware and silverware, Great Room has 55" Vizio Smart TV, free Direct TV Premium Package, dozens of free movie channels, Comcast wifi, Huge new eat-in 4.5' x 8.5' island, gorgeous Granite Slab, same type installed in both bathrooms. Custom made Alder Cabinets and stainless steel dishwasher.

Very comfy firm King Bed in Master, Queen Bed in each of the other two Bedrooms. Tile in great room and kitchen and halls. Ceiling fans, newer HVAC Heat Pump for AC and all freshly painted inside January 2017.

Hammered Copper double sinks in Master Bath, and also one in hall bath.

Just north of us Sunrise Road (leads to the best restaurants in town to west) and we are just blocks from where Sabino Canyon is located, a great hiking and scenic destination, you can take the gentle walk across streams to top where there are some trailheads a couple miles up, or take the Tram to the top and THEN hike the mountains and canyons from there! Several other trailheads along the way, can customize your hike.

We are located just south of Sunrise Road a couple of blocks west of Sabino Canyon Road, and we are ideally located for many activities in town, and we are surrounded with the best restaurants in town on Sunrise to our west, or at Ventana Canyon Hotel to our north. Ask us for a list of 20 of the best restaurants all nearby. We are close to shopping and grocery, and have a great Arizona Pizza Company walking distance along with Hidden Wok and the new Three Canyon Micro Brewery just a few blocks away on Sabino Canyon Rd. RA sushi, Vivace Italian Restaurant, North, Firestones, greek food, Humble Pie, and so many more great eateries and taverns are all nearby. Check out La Encantada online for all their fabulous shipping too.

Besides great coffee houses, restaurants, fun places, we have fantastic location for Birdwatching, bike riding, hiking, and wine tasting - some of the favorites of many of our past guests.

Canyon Ranch is nearby also, a famous luxury getaway, just down the street to our south and east.

Great location!

We had a very pleasant stay in December 2018. This is walking distance to Sabino Canyon, and also close to restaurants and grocery stores, so convenient overall.

Great location and spacious home fit our needs

Very nice home with a wonderful kitchen area where the family can gather. The three bedrooms fit our needs with the master being a beautiful getaway from it all. We would recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Tucson.

Excellent experience staying at this house!

This was my first time renting a house for a family vacation, and we were all very happy with this choice. The house was clean and inviting upon arrival. The bed linens and towels were all fresh and of good quality. The children had brought their own sleeping bags, and there was more than enough room for the three of them on the floor of the huge master bedroom while their parents had the king size bed to themselves. The aunts and uncles were totally comfortable on the queen size beds in the other bedrooms. The kitchen had enough place-settings for all of us and was well supplied with pots and pans and small appliances to meet our modest cooking needs. We just wish that we had planned on a cook-out to use the new barbecue out back. The seating area in the family room was very comfortable and could accommodate everyone. The television service included Disney Junior for the kids and lots of movies and sports for the adults. We ate most of the meals at the large kitchen island. The dining table in the front living area served us well for playing games. Jerry checked in to see how we were doing and was ready to get us anything we needed. The location was perfect for hiking in Sabino Canyon, and it was also convenient to shopping and just about everything else. Our stay here made the vacation most pleasant and easy.

We bought this home because the area is in the base of the Catalina Foothills, pefectly situated close to the best restaurants and shopping and is the "high end" part of town.
