Chalet Seagull, beautiful, large romantic home, fully furnished, fantastic location, everything close by - during the high season (December through March) the entire Chalet is rented out as a whole. During the off season (April through November end) the Chalet is rented out, either as a whole, or as a "bed and breakfast" (BnB) (depending upon availability), and is available in its entirety accommodating up to 9 people, or as a "bed and breakfast" (BnB) with from 1, 2, or up to 3 bedrooms available, and accommodating from 1 to 5 people.

For bookings during HIGH SEASON mid December thru February end PLEASE REQUEST A QUOTATION BEFORE BOOKING. It is customary In Punta del Este to sell blocks of anytime December through January 15th, January 16 to 31st, February 1st through 16th, and February 16 through the end of February. Exceptions are made. PLEASE REQUEST A QUOTATION BEFORE BOOKING. 7 day minimum bookings apply. 14 day and greater bookings are eligible for HUGE DISCOUNTS - repeat HUGE DISCOUNTS.

You enter into the HUGE living room and dining room area, with a cathedral ceiling of over 4 meters. An open layout living room, dining room & interior “veranda” (interior terrace).

The living room features imported, rich dark green, comfortable couches, an authentic real leather Gaucho carpet, & black metal & glass coffee table & matching side tables.

The dining room features a beautiful dark brown dining table, imported from the Far East with comfortable seating for up to 12 adults.

Over the dining table, a large beautiful imported Czech lead crystal chandelier. The living room features a real fireplace, & a large LCD TV.

The kitchen is immediately adjacent to the dining room for easy access, & can be closed off for complete privacy & quiet.

The upper level includes the interior “veranda” (terrace) overlooking the living room, & dining room, & connects to two spacious bedrooms. The larger bedroom features a spacious 5 piece bathroom “en suite”. The veranda & both bedrooms access two different exterior balconies.

The large master bedroom is situated to the (west side) opposite end of the main floor, and features a “top of the line” pillow top, king sized bed & an “en suite” 5 piece bathroom. Lots of closet space.

Adjacent to the master bedroom is the large family room (4+ meter high wooden cathedral ceiling), with a regulation full size billiard table, & professional fitness equipment (Elliptical Cross Trainer, & a Treadmill).
