About Tami or Craig Ellingson

Craig is a High School Athletic Director and Tami is an Accountant. Our love of the outdoors brought us to Bend.

Tami or Craig Ellingson purchased this bungalow in 2010

Why Tami or Craig Ellingson chose Bend

We have been coming to the Bend area for years and decided we wanted to retire here someday. We wanted to be able to walk to all the areas that surround our house. We love walking to downtown, Drake Park and the River trail.

What makes this bungalow unique

We have enjoyed making this house our home and look forward to retiring in Bend and being able to enjoy all that Bend has to offer. This particular location is so nice because we are 3 to 4 blocks from Downtown, Drake Park, Columbia Park, Old Mill Shopping and Theater the River Trail, the bus pick up to Mt. Bachelor and Galveston restaurants like the Lot.

Super cute, cozy and close to action

  • 5 of 5

This charming bungalow was perfect! It was beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need. Located in a very quiet neighborhood but still within walking discount of downtown Bend and the Old Mill District. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it! Thank you, Tami and Craig, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Charming bungalow in awesome location

  • 5 of 5

Property was in great shape and a couple of blocks away from Bend historical district, full of shops, restaurants and the river walk. It was decorated in a charming way and was totally comfortable for two couples. We happen to be there for First Friday of the month when the merchants are open late and there is free music. Fall festival was also going on. We spent two days touring the local attractions including the High Desert Museum, Paulina Lake and Falls, Newberry Crater, Big Obsidian Flow and the town of Sisters. All in all, we loved our time in Bend and look forward to returning to it and our lovely bungalow.

Perfect walk score

Great location, we walked downtown, to Old Mill, 10 Barrel and anywhere else we wanted. The house was clean and incredibly well outfitted. The kitchen had everything. We’ll be back for sure!

The perfect place to enjoy Bend from

  • 5 of 5

The Broadway Bungalow is in the perfect location to walk to downtown Bend, Riverwalk, & the Old Mill district.

Immaculately clean and lovely decor, which makes you say "wow" when you first walk in.

Everything you need is here and the gas fireplace makes for a cosy stay on those chilly Bend days. Highly highly recommend the bungalow!!

Great place & location. The kitchen was stocked very well & the place was CLEAN!

  • 5 of 5

2 of us spent 4 nights there & of the dozens of houses we've rented over the years, this was one of our favorites. There's storage everywhere & the mud room was perfect for our cooler & other odd & ends. Nice patio & Weber grill on the patio. Ice maker in the frig/freezer, too. If you're looking for a rental & see this one, no need to look any farther.
