Newly remodeled top to bottom. No expense was spared. New flooring, paint, furniture, new bathrooms, and more. Nice quaint cozy home for 10-12 people in convenient location near downtown Salt Lake.
Fantastic convenient location in beautiful establish, private Millcreek neighborhood. The home sits on a little private lane that branches off a private cul-de-sac so you can enjoy a nice private area.
Sizeable private yard with shade, privacy on cul-de-sac lane, fully renovated with all new furnishings and decor, flooring, updated bathrooms, new carpet, new paint, and more.

We were satisfied with the appearance of the house and how spacious it is as well as the cleanliness. However, it would be too tight for more than 8 people. For 6 persons is more than perfect. For us being 9 miles away from the convention Center was an inconvenience as we had an extra expense having to rent a large vehicle for transportation. But overall, I recommend the service and the house for a large family to stay.
The House was very nice and it was great having a table everyone could get around. the only things i would recommend for change would be the master bedroom gets pretty cold at night, and the grass was pretty long which made it very easy to get the kids pant legs quite wet when they were outside. Also a Bigger grill would have been nice. it was to small for us to use to feed everyone. Other then that it was a great place comfortable sleeping for everyone, Loved that there were games and toys for the kids. and everything was labeled in the kitchen.
Other than full outside trash cans everything else was fine. It would have helped to begin the stay with the correct entry code and correct alarm pad code. I got to talk to the security people on the speaker.
The owners had obviously put a of of money into upgrading what began as a two bedroom house. in 1955 The cabinetry was first rate and the enclosure of the garage that became the third bedroom obviously involved expenditure of a lot of money. The problem is in the execution. The shower in the garage bedroom did not drain properly. It should not be a surprise that water flows downhill. This escaped whoever put the floor in the shower in the third bedroom, resulting in ponding in the shower. This was compounded by the condition of the exterior. The grounds did not appear to have received any attention since last fall. While I recognize that Salt Lake City is not central Arizona, could you not at least have someone pick up the trash? The crowning glory for this property was the junker car parked at the front of the property, which apparently had not been registered since 2014. All in all very disappointing.
This was a great place to house some of our family during our stay in Utah. Very clean and organized (although they're a little weird about keeping track of every utensil, blanket and item in the house). Nice yard for the kids to play in. The house is in a nice quiet area with very little traffic. We loved it and would stay there again if we had the chance.
The house is lovely and suited our needs perfectly. It was well set up with the guests needs well thought out. Great place but we arrived during a large snowfall. The furnace could not keep up with the cold outside temperatures. It was quite cold in the house. We had four foot ice circles hanging on the edge of the roof because of the snow melting off the roof. The real culprit is the lack of insulation in the attic which allows the heat to pass directly out through the roof. It is a terrible waste of energy and tough on the gas bill. Blow in attic insulation is reasonably inexpensive and would certainly help the problem. Great house but needs a quick fix. Yes, we would rent it again. Thanks
This home is located on a private lane that branches off the end of a cul-de-sac. Large yard makes it great for kids and safe.
You'll love this location's convenience to downtown Salt Lake, minutes to Sugarhouse, shopping, restaurants, malls, ski areas (Brighton and Solitude), minutes to Salt Palace Convention Center, only 15 minutes the airport, and convenient to everything in town. Great central location on private cul-de-sac.
